Consumer number:[protected] Web complaint number: [protected] Request date: 11/10/2017 Status : acknowledge Please find the above details for the web complaint i have raised on kseb web self service website for reference. 1. Bill charges was exorbitantly high since april 2016. When we checked now the office mentioned the meter not working since last april, hence they charged the previous month bill throughout. This never informed any one and never came for replacement 2. A person coming every time and take the reading and my parents used to pay the amount as per the slip 2. My parents (Senior citizens) were living alone at home it always be within the minimum usage units 3. As per junior assistant engineer kulanada, almost above one year the digital meter was not working that never informed by the reading person or did any attempt to change that. 4. Once we noticed and raised the issue on the complaint section on 11/10/2017, next day the meter is replaced. 5. How ever, this month also we received the bill of 1800 rs to pay. I hereby request to consider the above factors and do the necessary to get the justice by reimburse the extra money charged by the department due to its negligence and lack of customer care.
