Past 4 days we were without electricity, finally today it has come but not sure how long it will last .Concerns are as below
1.4 days to resolve an issue which is beyond imaginable for a country claiming to be developing.
2.Very poor response via phone.
3.Extremely bad customer service. Officers says they are fed up of receiving complaints-this is the response given when we went to register a complaint.
4.No permanent solution for a problem, no responsible officers/workers.
3 days we stayed patient giving time for a resolution to the problem, and when we go on the 4th day to register a complaint what we receive is a very rude behavior. I wouldn't say all the people are such but there are a few, probably more than a few. If they cant handle such pressure situation let them leave. I don't think we are short of resources here.
I don't expect any improvement in this situation here...but would like to make our voices heard...there are people who are frustrated with such sort of issues. Was this information helpful? |
