Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Kerala State ElectrUnhelpful ,very unprofessional and abusive staff member at Manacaud Kseb

I had called up the office of Kseb Manacaud section at about 5.30pm to enquire about the power cut and when will the power will be power be restored in our area to which the staff has replied that he is not bound to answer to me and that he added some abusive words that is repulsive ad disgusting. This is not the first time this has happened from this office and it needs immediate remedy.
