Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Low voltage since one day, no response and no action taken from kseb Kolenchery

We are facing low voltage since yesterday.. From yesterday 1/5/2021 we are trying to contact kolenchery electricity office but not able to contact because they have put the phone in out of order. The near by places have proper voltage. We are unable to pumb water and my grandparent also suffering.please do the needful.
