Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Negligence for the complaint Voltage fluctuations

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Prashanthi Ayurveda Hospital, Vilayil, Malappuram Dt, 673641 and my name is dr.Hebeeb Palakkal.

I am writing this letter in order to complain about the low voltage power supply at our location i.e. Vilayil, sub station kizhsherry . We are facing this issue for the last 3 months which is causing an issue as we are unable to use machineries, lift air conditioners, refrigerators, air cooler, etc. We have already complained about this issue but no action has taken place yet. Due to this negligence we have a lot of issues and complaints.
