Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — no light on street post

There is no light on the street post in front of my house for months and i complainted about it 2 days ago and i called them again and they were so rude to me and cut the call immediately. I can't even look outside during nights because it's dark and no streetlight. Please replace the streetlight asap... I am customer under kseb punnaikkamugal, kunnapuzha, thirumala..
