Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — No response when the current goes

Im submiting a complaint of kseb of thrissur, irinjalakuda. When the current is gone they will put the phone reciver out. So when we call them only saying "the bsnl subscriber you have called is on an another call. Please call again later". When we try after current is comed then is will ring. Iam complainting this issue. So please take further action.
