Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — no street light in mudavoorpara

Yesterday my husband met with accident in mudavoorpara, near balaramapuram, trivandrum • due to road widening works there were no street lights so that he is unable to see the dog crossing. This is a common incident happening in that accident prone area. I don't know where to go and complaint regarding this. So i request you to take necessary action to save life of common people.
