Dear sir/madam, The amt. Of failed transaction of electricity payment of rs.5879/- in bill no.[protected] with consumer no.[protected] made on 12.07.17 has not been refunded to me till date by the kseb authorities. Even after my repeated request mails dtd. 13.6.17, 19.6.17 & 22.6.17 the amount has not been refunded to me till date. Now more than 10 days is over and i am urgent need of the money. I am regularly making the payment of electricity bill by online mode. When the govt. Is pushing forward for a cashless transaction, how can one make a cashless transaction when this is the situation one has to face.
