Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Online Payment failed and money deducted from Bank

I used the quick pay option on KSEB site and while making the first payment it failed but money deducted from the bank.

Second time i tried again the payment went through.

Attaching screen shot of the bank statement with transaction Id s. Please help in returning the first payment..
