Respected Sir/Mam,
I was unable to pay my kseb bill payment with the due date 26/05/2023 because usually we are paying bills using Gpay but this time we didn't get any bills in the Gpay. So I tried to get bills using kseb quick pay through google. I chose UPI option and paid in the application by accepting the request from the kseb. But this bill was again showing as due amount. After waiting for 6-7 hours, I have done my bills using Paytm from other account and then it was successful. The amount debited was ₹964. Will I get the refund immediately?
