Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Power cutting without any prior intimation, And when we call to enquire we get irresponsible replies

Every day we are getting suffered due to power cutting without any prior intimation, And when we call to enquire the same to kseb, we are getting such a irresponsible replies from them like, wait for half an hour.

We had to call them 2 / 3 times in a day and when ask for the speakers name, he is telling like come to kseb and ask their name. When I asked about this to the Sub engineer at same kseb. He is also telling like he does not know.

Kindly confirm the court details to complaint against the same.
