Hello,

I am shibin baby, i reserved two tickets for traveling purpose, pnr numbers are given below:-

1. Pnr number for ticket 1: k202236

I booked ticket on 3-nov-2018 from bangalore to sulthan bathery.

My date of travel for this ticket is was 23-nov-2018.
And i cancelled the ticket on[protected].

2. Pnr number for ticket 2: k202258

I booked ticket on 3-nov-2018 from sulthan bathery to bangalore.

My date of travel for this ticket is was 25-nov-2018.
And i cancelled the ticket on[protected].

But i didnt get any amount from ksrtc to account. Still i am waiting for refund amount.
Please do the needful.
