Kerala State Road Transport Corporation — Complaint against Trivandrum depot

I booked a ticket from Tirur to Mananthavady on July 1, 2025. The bus was scheduled to depart at 2:50 AM. Normally, I board the bus from Alathiyur, which is closer to my home, especially since it's late at night. However, on July 1, the conductor informed me that I could not board from Alathiyur and had to get on at Tirur, but the bus was already approaching Tirur with no time left for me to reach there.

In the end, I boarded the bus from Alathiyur, but the conductor charged me for a ticket from Ponnani to Tirur, which was more expensive. The fare from Alathiyur to Tirur is only 18 rupees. This was organized by the Trivandrum depot.
It is only for the cash and also for not to repeat it.
I would appreciate a refund or adjustment in fare.
