I travelled from vandanam, alappuzha to ernakulam by a ksrtc bus no. Rpc 606, guruvayur. I got into the bus by 2.35 from medical college bud stop, vandanam, alappuzha. It is a fast passenger bus. The bus has not even reached at cherthala at this time of 4.0o pm. It stopped at each 5 meter distance without seeing whether it is bus stop or not, collected passengers and people including ladies and kids were standing at the door. There was heavy rush from kalavoor, alleppey and the bus started collecting all passengers who have come to kripasanam. There was no space in the bus to accommodate so many people. It was a hot summer day and people started suffocating, kids roaring all through the journey. Besides nobody in the bus could reach at the destination point on time as the bus stopped whenever people were showing their hands and also to the bus had to stop for them to get down. What is the use of paying for a fast passenger? The bus stopped 32 times between alappuzha and cherthala, which, even an ordinary bus won't do. The bus took 1. 20 hrs to reach from alpy to cherthala. Again kilometres to go to reach ernakulam. Kindly take necessary action to avoid such practices. There are ordinary buses in which these crowds of passengers can come to the bus stand and catch a bus. These type of troubling attitude is intolerable.

refund for trip cancelled by ksrtc not yet received

The trip for 17 april 2019 from mysore to ernakulam was cancelled by ksrtc on 8 april 2019. The trip amount of rs. 3364 was not yet refunded till 2 may 2019. When i contacted, the sir told the amount was initiated from their portal the issue is regarding with the bill desk gateway. I tried to contact them but not able to connect to them. Kindly help with this issue to get resolved. I was running behind this almost one month.

cancelled trip amount not refunded

I cancelled the tickets that i booked for both from mysore to ernakulam and ernakulam to mysore on[protected]. The trip day was april 17th 2019. It was amount of rs1236/- that is not yet refunded. How long will it take for the refund? I tried in sending messages to ' [protected]@keralartc.org ' but the emailid dosen't exists. Please replay as soon as possible.

irresponsibility of the crew
I booked a ticket to mysore from kothamanagalam (Pnr no. K785675, trip code:1531mnrbng), on 05-mar-2019
It was a munnar to banglore spr dlx bus. When this bus reached kothamanagalam, they didn't call me. Anyway crew wasn't ready to confirm that all passengers entered the bus, and the driver took the bus suddenly from the bus stand.
When i called the crew, they weren't ready to wait for me for a few minutes.
I had mentioned the number of the crew

online ticket booking

I have booked ticket from kayamkulam to trivandrum on ksrtc bus rsk577 on 11/02/2017. The time of departure provided for me on mail as well as on sms is 5am. I reached stand accordingly but when i contact bus crew at 4.50am he informed that the bus departure time was 4.30am and then it had reached karunagapally. He ask me to reach karunagapally which was 14km away from kayamkulam. I catch bus from karunagapally bt when enquire the same to conductor he argued that it's my mistake as bus departure tme was 4.30am.

Hi,
I am a regular passenger in kl15 8914 bus from venjaramood to eastfort via bypass road at morning between 8.30 am to 9.00. The driver in the bus behaves very rudely to the ladies and senior citizens in the bus daily. He literally shouts at people for no reason. Even if someone talks back he will shout more and ask them to get out of the bus. Please take necessary action against him.

not stopping the bus at stop

Ksrtc bus driven by a person didn't provide stop at the bus stop. We shouted at him to stop but he rashly took the vehicle and passed across the way. By the way the stop name is "kochalamoodu ; mavelikara". It was the night time waiting for so long for the last bus which arrives at 8: 30... Came late at 9: 30 and have done this rashness not only to me and to every tax paying citizens.

regarding misbehaviour of conductor

Yesterday 20/12/2018 i boarded ksrtc bus from to eastfort from kazhakootam (Trivandrum) and brought ticket to palayam. The ticket amount of 18 rupees by giving a 50 rupee note. The conductor gave me back 32 rupee of which a 10 rupee note was shabby and torn from the middle completely and stuck with a cellotape. Clearly this note will note even be accepted in exchange mostly by the petty shopkeepers, autorickshaw drivers. On realizing this i requested the conductor to give me another 10 rupee instead of this torn one. Surprisingly, the conductor shouted at me like anything in such a manner that i got upset and insulted in the public without any reason. I am working as a software developer at a highly reputed firm in tecknopark. I have spontaneously reported about this incident to the kaniyapuram (Trivandrum) station master of ksrtc but he didnt take any necessary action against the conductor. This way of behavior to passengers especially female passengers is not expected from a government employee. I suppose the responsible authorities will take necessary action.

lesser bus services towards palakkad from calicut /perinthalmanna early morning
I am traveling by ksrtc regularly early morning between 5 am - 6.15 am from perintalmanna to palakkad just because i believe that we should use public transport whenever possible. For the past 6 months i see an indiscriminate cut down of bus schedules towards palakkad side from calicut/ malappuram via perintalmanna, when there are too many passengers towards palakkad waiting too long to get in to a bus which will get further filled with more passengers for the next 60 to 70 km to palakkad.in contrast i see too many buses to kozhikode (Every 10 minutes) or so to thrissur, pala, eranakulam, gudallur and even mysore which is almost empty or less loaded. By the time i reach palakkad by 8 am, i see too many passengers including ladies and children standing in the bus amidst a big crowd. This is total discrimination to early morning passengers to palakkad from perintalmanna onwards. I humbly request the authorities of ksrtc to look into the matter and provide more services towards palakkad side from calicut/ malappuram / perintalmanna side.

I have booked a ticket in kerala state road transport corporation bus on 30th october 2018 through online. But the trip totally got cancelled from their side. I did not receive the refund for the trip cancelled
Iam not able to contact their customer support center for refund but the response i m getting from last 60 days is the worst. And they are not showing any concern.

issuing of tickets

Sir, i have been using ksrtc most of the times for longer travels and was fine with that. When i travelled today from kottarakkara to ellampalloor on the way to kollam in nh 744 i found that they were charging me tickets from kottarakkara to kilikolloor instead of kottarakkara to ellampalloor. The place kilikolloor is 7.5km away from ellampalloor. Why is ksrtc charging me 7.5km extra tickets on its passengers. I was traveling in ksrtc bus rpc371 fast passenger. Kl15 a 1159. Please see to my request and check about the above mentioned situation.

I canceled my ticket from bangalore to kottayam on 17/10/18 (Pnr no. K6365675) was canceled on 12/10/18 due to the cancellation of bus. Till now the amount is not refunded. It's already 10days & when i will get refund. It's because of ksrtc problem and for that my 2000is hold. Please resolve this issue.
Ksrtc personal called me on october 12 morning and asked me to cancel the ticket due to bus dose not got road permit and promised full refund and fast refund. But it's disappointing...

വർക്കല നിന്നും പമ്പയിലേക്ക് ഇന്ന് dec-1ന് പോകാൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് റിസർവേഷൻ ചെയ്തിരുന്നു . സീറ്റ് no . 3, 4, 5, 51. എന്നാൽ വണ്ടി വർക്കല വന്നപ്പോൾ 51നമ്പർ സീറ്റ് വണ്ടിയിൽ ഇല്ല . ദീർഘ ദൂര യാത്രയ്ക്ക് ഉള്ള യാത്രക്കാരെ ഈ വിവരം അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതല്ലേ .

I have booked 3 online tickets on 7/9/2018 for travelling from ernakulam to kottarakara on 10/9/2018. After arrival at kochi airport i understand that there is a hartal in kerala. I approached ernakulam ksrtc station master and he told that there is no bus from 6 am to 6 pm and all buses were cancelled. There is no need of cancelling the ticket and automatically money will be refunded on your account. I paid total rs. 885 for 3 tickets. But till today, i have not received the money.

I had booked two bus tickets of value 586 Rs from Ernakulam to Munnar journey on 13th August 2018 from the official website of kerelartc.in.But upon confirming from bus station due to heavy rain the service got cancelled by the bus provider.And we were unable to travel in it.But now they are not refunding the fare.Since i'm unable to cancel the trip from their website because cancellation is not allowed for past trip.Upon calling their customer support from last week but they are not helping me and making excuses.

Reach us[protected] this is the message I got from them yet no refund is received, last two months back I cancelled a ticket online, no refund was received at that time also
I have booked tickets from Kerala state road transport corporation bus on 11th March 2022 through online, the money has been debited but ticket was not confirmed and it's showed that error and I contacted the authority they said it's been not transferred to KSRTC account it will be refunded and it's not been refunded kindly sir, pls look into this ref no:[protected]

എന്റെ പേര് നിഖിൽ. 2018 ജൂലൈ 25 രാവിലെ 06:38 മണി 58 മിനിറ്റുകൾക്ക് തൃശൂർ സ്റ്റാന്റിൽ നിന്നും എടപ്പാൾ വഴി കോഴിക്കോട്ടേയ്ക്ക് പുറപ്പെട്ട ksrtc ഫാസ്റ്റ് പാസഞ്ചർ ബസിൽ നിന്നും അതിലെ കണ്ടക്ടർ മുഖേന എനിക്ക് തികച്ചും മോശപ്പെട്ടൊരു അനുഭവമുണ്ടായി. തൃശൂരിൽ നിന്നും കോഴിക്കോട്ടേയ്ക്കുള്ള യാത്രാക്കൂലിയായ 118 രൂപയുടെ ടിക്കറ്റ് എടുക്കുവാനായി ഞാൻ കണ്ടക്ടർക്ക് 500 രൂപയുടെ നോട്ട് നൽകുകയുണ്ടായി. എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ മറ്റ് ചില്ലറയൊന്നും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. കോരിച്ചൊരിയുന്ന മഴയായതിനാലും 10 മണിയ്ക്കു തന്നെ കോഴിക്കോട് എത്തേണ്ട ആവശ്യമുള്ളതിനാലും സ്റ്റാന്റിൽ നിന്ന് ബസ് പുറപ്പെടുവാൻ തുടങ്ങിയതിനാലും ഞാൻ ബസിലേയ്ക്ക് ഓടിക്കയറുകയായിരുന്നു. ആയതിനാൽ എനിക്ക് ചില്ലറ മാറുവാൻ സാധിച്ചില്ല. 118 രൂപയുള്ള ടിക്കറ്റിന് 500 ന്റെ നോട്ട് കൊടുത്തതിന് കണ്ടക്ടർ മറ്റ് യാത്രക്കാർ കേൾക്കെ ഉച്ചത്തിൽ അധിക്ഷേപിയ്ക്കുകയും എന്നോട് ബസിൽ നിന്നിറങ്ങിപ്പോകാൻ ആജ്ഞാപിയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. രാവിലെ 10 മണിയ്ക്ക് കോഴിക്കോട് എത്തേണ്ട ആവശ്യമുള്ളതിനാൽ ഞാൻ അദ്ധേഹത്തിന്റെ അപമാനം സഹിച്ചു. ടിക്കറ്റ് തുക കിഴിച്ച് ബാക്കി 382 രൂപ പിന്നെത്തരാം എന്നും പറഞ്ഞ് അദ്ദേഹം തന്റെ ജോലി തുടർന്നു. പക്ഷേ അദ്ധേഹം എന്നോടുള്ള എന്തിനെന്നില്ലാത്ത ദേഷ്യം പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കാതിരുന്നില്ല. എടപ്പാൾ ഡിപ്പോയിൽ ബസ് എത്തിയതും മൂത്രമൊഴിക്കാനായി ഇറങ്ങിയ എന്നെ അതിനനുവദിയ്ക്കാതെ ആക്ഷേപിയ്ക്കുകയും അതൊക്കെ വീട്ടിൽ വച്ചു സാധിക്കണമെന്നും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് നിന്നെയൊന്നും കാത്തുനിൽക്കേണ്ട ആവശ്യമില്ലെന്നും പറഞ്ഞ് വീണ്ടും ഉച്ചത്തിൽ ശബ്ദമുയർത്തി അപമാനപ്പെടുത്തി. പക്ഷേ ബസ് എടപ്പാൾ ഡിപ്പോയിൽ 5 മിനിറ്റോളം നിർത്തിയിടുകയും ചെയ്തു. കുറ്റിപ്പുറം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ഞാനെന്റെ ബാലൻസ് തുകയായ 382 രൂപ ചോദിച്ചു. അതോടെ അദ്ദേഹം എന്റെ നേർക്ക് തട്ടിക്കയറുവാൻ തുടങ്ങി. ഇപ്പോത്തരുവാൻ സൗകര്യമില്ലെന്നും നീ പോയി കേസ് കൊടുക്ക് എന്നും പറഞ്ഞ് കേട്ടാലറയ്ക്കുന്ന തെറികളും വിളിച്ചു.

എന്റെ പേര് നിഖിൽ. 2018 ജൂലൈ 25 രാവിലെ 06:38 മണി 58 മിനിറ്റുകൾക്ക് തൃശൂർ സ്റ്റാന്റിൽ നിന്നും എടപ്പാൾ വഴി കോഴിക്കോട്ടേയ്ക്ക് പുറപ്പെട്ട ksrtc ഫാസ്റ്റ് പാസഞ്ചർ ബസിൽ നിന്നും അതിലെ കണ്ടക്ടർ മുഖേന എനിക്ക് തികച്ചും മോശപ്പെട്ടൊരു അനുഭവമുണ്ടായി. തൃശൂരിൽ നിന്നും കോഴിക്കോട്ടേയ്ക്കുള്ള യാത്രാക്കൂലിയായ 118 രൂപയുടെ ടിക്കറ്റ് എടുക്കുവാനായി ഞാൻ കണ്ടക്ടർക്ക് 500 രൂപയുടെ നോട്ട് നൽകുകയുണ്ടായി. എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ മറ്റ് ചില്ലറയൊന്നും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. കോരിച്ചൊരിയുന്ന മഴയായതിനാലും 10 മണിയ്ക്കു തന്നെ കോഴിക്കോട് എത്തേണ്ട ആവശ്യമുള്ളതിനാലും സ്റ്റാന്റിൽ നിന്ന് ബസ് പുറപ്പെടുവാൻ തുടങ്ങിയതിനാലും ഞാൻ ബസിലേയ്ക്ക് ഓടിക്കയറുകയായിരുന്നു. ആയതിനാൽ എനിക്ക് ചില്ലറ മാറുവാൻ സാധിച്ചില്ല. 118 രൂപയുള്ള ടിക്കറ്റിന് 500 ന്റെ നോട്ട് കൊടുത്തതിന് കണ്ടക്ടർ മറ്റ് യാത്രക്കാർ കേൾക്കെ ഉച്ചത്തിൽ അധിക്ഷേപിയ്ക്കുകയും എന്നോട് ബസിൽ നിന്നിറങ്ങിപ്പോകാൻ ആജ്ഞാപിയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. രാവിലെ 10 മണിയ്ക്ക് കോഴിക്കോട് എത്തേണ്ട ആവശ്യമുള്ളതിനാൽ ഞാൻ അദ്ധേഹത്തിന്റെ അപമാനം സഹിച്ചു. ടിക്കറ്റ് തുക കിഴിച്ച് ബാക്കി 382 രൂപ പിന്നെത്തരാം എന്നും പറഞ്ഞ് അദ്ദേഹം തന്റെ ജോലി തുടർന്നു. പക്ഷേ അദ്ധേഹം എന്നോടുള്ള എന്തിനെന്നില്ലാത്ത ദേഷ്യം പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കാതിരുന്നില്ല. എടപ്പാൾ ഡിപ്പോയിൽ ബസ് എത്തിയതും മൂത്രമൊഴിക്കാനായി ഇറങ്ങിയ എന്നെ അതിനനുവദിയ്ക്കാതെ ആക്ഷേപിയ്ക്കുകയും അതൊക്കെ വീട്ടിൽ വച്ചു സാധിക്കണമെന്നും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് നിന്നെയൊന്നും കാത്തുനിൽക്കേണ്ട ആവശ്യമില്ലെന്നും പറഞ്ഞ് വീണ്ടും ഉച്ചത്തിൽ ശബ്ദമുയർത്തി അപമാനപ്പെടുത്തി. പക്ഷേ ബസ് എടപ്പാൾ ഡിപ്പോയിൽ 5 മിനിറ്റോളം നിർത്തിയിടുകയും ചെയ്തു. കുറ്റിപ്പുറം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ഞാനെന്റെ ബാലൻസ് തുകയായ 382 രൂപ ചോദിച്ചു. അതോടെ അദ്ദേഹം എന്റെ നേർക്ക് തട്ടിക്കയറുവാൻ തുടങ്ങി. ഇപ്പോത്തരുവാൻ സൗകര്യമില്ലെന്നും നീ പോയി കേസ് കൊടുക്ക് എന്നും പറഞ്ഞ് കേട്ടാലറയ്ക്കുന്ന തെറികളും വിളിച്ചു.

The above is my ticket details for travelling in kerala state rtc bus. It was found that the same seat no was booked by another person through offline booking at thrissur depo. It created a hazzle but settled as there was a vacant seat. It would have been hard if all seats were booked. Hence kindly do the needful to avoid such circumstances to happen again.

misbehaving of conductor
Respected sir,
My daughter and her child had travelled to manangallur from pangarappilly (Thrissur dt) by vadakkanchery (Palakkad dt)- via thodupuzha_erumely bus on today morning (30/05/18 ; 6:15am).
It was heavy rain and it was difficult to enter the bus. The conductor behave brutally to my daughter while entering to the bus. When he shouted, the child afraid and fell down on the board of the bus. And i am watching this, it is very painful to me. My main complaint is that he doesn't allowed her to get off her actual destination. He dropped her at kuvappilly which is nearly 5km before manangallur, even it is raining through out. She begged him, but he doesn't care.
Physically she have some problems with her right hand so she can't manage both the carry bag and the child.
I hear by request you to take necessary action against the conductor for his misbehaving.

not stopping the bus at required stop

I have boarded bus from nalancrira at 12.30 pm bus rpa707 to travel to perunnai temple changanacherry. The bus reached at perunnai temple at4.10pm, i have requested the conductor to stop the bus at perunnai temple
At muthoor and a required bus stop. The conductor refused to stop the bus atating reason no stop is available at perunnai temple. I told the conductor that i am having the copy oforder regarding stop. I told th conductor that the will be reported to your higher authorities and his reply was that you can lodge the complaint. I request you to kindly inform the reason of not stopping the bus at the stop which unnecessarily incurred a cost of rs 30/- for
Auto.

Sir, my self isaac daily travelling from nagercoil to marthandam. The original charge is rs.24/-. But most of the conductors, when we ask for a ticket from nagercoil to marthandam, they issue ticket from nagercoil to melpuram, a point some 8 to 10 km away from marthandam and charging rs.32/-. Nowadays this is the daily problem we face.
Please instruct the conducters to issue ticket for nagercoil to marthandam and charge rs24/- only for the passengers who travel from nagercoil to marthandam.

irresponsible and rude driving

Today (7th december, 2017) morning i was driving my car from ernakulam to kottayam, one ksrtc bus while overtaking my vehicle hit my car. The bus coming with overspeed. It happened around 10.30 amin the junction of carithas hospital junction between ettumanoor and kottayam. Actually the driver is not supposed to overtake in a junction like that. The ksrtc bus is a superfast going to trivandrum. Bus no. Kl-15 a-1796. I stopped the car and showed the driver the damaged part of my car. I felt insulted the way driver responded to me "you do whatever you can. I have no problem.". My wife was also with me. His arrogant words as the permanent driver in ksrtc was evident in his behaviour. Hope i will get justice and the bad behaviour of the driver will be treated seriously.

Rpk 229 erattupetta-vellarada superfast bus. Only 12 seats are reserved for ladies (Including senior citizen, mother and child & differently abled). Marking of reservation near seat (23, 24, 25) is seen erased. Please check this and mark the seat for ladies considering the fact that it is 1st bus from erattupetta to trivandrum travelled by m. C. Road and about 60% of the passengers travelling to places between kottarakkara and trivandrum. Of these 40% passengers are to tvpm. (Kesavadasapuram, pattom, pmg and palayam)

trip cancelled on short notice and no refund till date

My name is subin jose. I had booked an online ticket from cochin - mysore. The details of the booking are below:

Date of journey: 18/08/2017
Departing: 22:00 hrs
Seat no: 19 class ac volvo
Around 5 pm on 18/08, i have received a call from ksrtc, thiruvanathapuram on my mobile but i was busy in a meeting hence could not take the call.
I saw the missed call at 6pm and tried calling back to the same number many times but was getting a busy tone.
Finally i reached my home and packed my baggage and decided to leave to catch the bus which is scheduled at 11 pm, the i tried once again the same number and the call was connected.
I told the person who took the phone that i have got a call from this number hence i called back. Then he asked me whether i have booked any ticket on ksrtc. I told yes and then he informed me that that bus got breakdown at calicut hence it is cancelled and the full refund will be done on 21st august, monday. It was like a shock for me because i had to reach mysore on emergency on the next day morning and time was 8.10pm and i had no much choices left to travel.
The questions are
1. This bus is starting from tvm and the they claim that the bus got break down at calicut. So i am sure that this might have happened early morning on 18th and why this was not informed earlier?
2. Rather than calling they could have sent me an sms early so that i could have made alternative arrangements. Why this was not possible?
3. They promised that the full refund will be done on 21st august and till date nothing happened.
4. If this bus was cancelled why didn't they book us for any other bus to make sure that the traveling happens and the customer is happy.
I am not wondering why ksrtc is making losses. With this type of service, people like me will never go for ksrtc again and i am sure that we will never ever make this organisation profitable unless the service is improved.
Now i have no hope that i will ever get my money back but this is a good lesson learnt and i will make such mistakes opting for ksrtc for my future travel.

My worst travelling experience ever in KSRTC (Kerala State Road Transport Corporation) because Conductor Misbehavior and direct corruption / literally begging to the Passengers,
I use KSRTC (Coimbatore to Thiruvananthapuram) bus service for traveling from Coimbatore to Kochi needs and was quite satisfied with the service until now.
Today -Friday, February 03, 2017 I had to urgently travel to Kochi and could not book ticket in advance. I asked the conductor on the spot of Coimbatore KSRTC bus stand if one ticket were available and he said yes and told me to sit seat no. 32. The bus departure time was 4am. After the bus departed from Coimbatore KSRTC bus stand, he started issuing tickets. He told the charge is 162 Rs from Coimbatore to Kochi Edappally Junction. I don’t have exactly 162Rs so I gave the 500rs money and when we took the ticket, it was written as 162 Rs for one ticket. When I asked him the remaining money 338 Rs, he given me back only 330rs and he said 8rs will give after reaching palakkad I asked the 8rs in palakkad KSRTC bus stand, he replied that 8rs already given to you and he shouted me vulgarly and left off. It’s not the matter of 8 Rs or 1 Rs, but how can a person literally BEG for money? We strongly believe KSRTC (Kerala State Road Transport Corporation) is paying well to staff. How can they act as LYING BEGGARS to the passengers? How can the conductor behave such rudely to a passenger?

Average per day he literally begging 1rs from 50Passengers =50 *2=100Rs for Rs Up and Down (For Example Trivandrum to Coimbatore and Coimbatore to Trivandrum)
if one month average begging amount would be 30*100= 3000 Rs for a conductors

if suppose average 50% of conductors literally begging 6184/2=3092 No’s
So 3092 * 3000 for one month the total begging amount would be around: Rs: 9, 276, 000.00lakh ( this i consider just 1 rs as example )
I hope Kerala State Road Transport Corporation will take necessary action against the conductor.

Also Note for example:
Average per day he literally begging 1rs from 50Passengers =50 *2=100Rs for Rs Up and Down (For Example Trivandrum to Coimbatore and Coimbatore to Trivandrum)
if one month average begging amount would be 30*100= 3000 Rs for a conductors
As per today https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerala_State_Road_Transport_Corporation data Total 6184 No’s buses running in Kerala
if suppose average 50% of conductors literally begging 6184/2=3092 No’s
So 3092 * 3000 for one month the total begging amount would be around: Rs: 9, 276, 000.00lakh ( this i consider just 1 rs as example )
I hope Kerala State Road Transport Corporation will take necessary action against the conductor.

Excess / illegal ticket charge collected from public- reg
I had travelled in a Super Fast Passenger Bus No. RSK 165 owned by Kerala State Road transport Corporation on 21/01/2017 at 09: 20 AM from Kilimanoor to Trivandrum. The present legal travel fare for Super Fast Passenger Bus from Kilimanoor to Trivandrum is Rs.38. But this bus collecting fare as Rs 44 and also it is seen that this difference has applied to all fare stages applicable in this bus. The people who were traveled in this bus all of them have been cheated by KSRTC. Also the Traveling ticket issued by this bus indicates that it is a FP (Fast Passenger) not SFP (Super Fast Passenger), so why they collect Super Fast charge and excess charge. It is illegal, injustice, fraudulent and cheating. These are happened due to the slackness and inability of KSRTC officials and mismanagement.
In the circumstances, I hear by request you to take necessary action against the above mentioned illegal activities and directed them to refund the excess money to the customers who were traveled in this bus on that day.
