Unstable internet connection and it often looses speed and connectivity, more frequent than you might think. Customer service is a big pain. It feels like a scam. I wouldn't suggest anyone else to go with the connection. I have lost Connectivity at several key moments in process, like taking tests or submitting data, which inturn points out to the frequency of connection loss.
