I've raised around 5-10 times complaints for no internet problem in Kerala vision broadband. And they are not resolving quickly...

My recharge date was June 24th and I successfully recharged it yesterday. SInce then, the connection has not been consistent. I complained the issue with the local service provider (Kappad, Kannur) yesterday itself. In the evening the connection was available for a brief period and since 8 pm yesterday, there has been no connection. Internet is always slow with no clear videocalls and download speed.

Worst service and not ready to cancel the account
They issue their own useless router and a plan.
It’s not useful for those who opt for work from home. We forced to take leave on loss of pay for 3 days.. service provider tell that it ll get ready in few hours etc.. but it dragged for 3 days. Took last friday and today is Wednesday.. they are not willing to cancel the account and refund. Not recommend them to anyone. Please stay away if you don’t want to loose your money and time and above all the credibility of yours to your employer as you can’t promise to your employer based on these guys words. Now loss for wages, credibility and loss for the not useful plan payment. They are not willing to cancel and refund the amount

Kerala vision- my broadband connection
I approached Kerala vision cable operator for broadband connection in Sept 14th. He told me that he can't provide me the connection bcoz he need some extra cables. I was okay to pay for it. But he was very rude to me and strictly said me that he won't allow me the connection. Till now he didn't provided the service. I just started working as a Data Scientist and consume around 8-9 GB from my mobile hotspot per day. I struggled a lot to get this job and now I have to pay extra for the network. I called him many times and he rejected me without even considering my request. I am from Pandallur, Malappuram. He is a cable tv operator from Kadambode. Will I get any solution for this? It's really important to me to get a broadband connection.

Local operator not providing uninterrupted broadband by having back up Power at their local office

Hi team,
My mum has requested multiple times to local operator to have an investor or some form o[censored]ninterrupted power at their office so that broad band is available during short power cuts.
The broadband is used by me when I visit Kerala for work purposes. And the interruptions of broadband cause great inconvenience.
Please advise me how to escalate this?

Poor service
Since more than 4 years i am using kerala vision broadband connection and i had replaced the modem once in the warranty period but on 17-march-2022 i recharged with a monthly plan of rupees 494/- including GST and after 18th day of recharge i was not able to use internet .
immediately i reported the issue to kerala vission service team and after long hours of waiting, A guy came and checked the modem and said that, modem is complaint and need to be replaced to use internet. and by that day the modem, s waranty was not finished yet. so i asked the guy to replace the modem by waranty .
the guy was refused to do so and he went off and few days back i called the kerala vision team and said i am redy to pay the amount for new modem .its almost rupees 3000/- but the funny part they said is, they dont have any more modem to provide connection ...by this reason i arranged a second hand modem and called them . again they were refused to give the connection with excuses ..

Poor Support on Broad Band frequent disconnection Issue

I am experiencing really very bad support from Kerala Vision Broadband and from the Operator. I have called multiple times because of frequent disconnection with my home internet and no follow-up or support received from either the Kerala Vision Technical team or from the Operator. I opened a complaint ticket, TKT109150 and this ticket got closed without being fixed. I have even upgraded my plan to FUP150M4500G and am still facing this issue of disconnection. This was brought to the notice of the operator and Kerala Vision Technical team multiple times and no-one bothered to fix or provide a better solution. Our operator does not even bother to pick up my call or to visit the site, at least to check the problem. I wonder what kind of support you are providing for a customer. I don't think this complaint is going to help me either, but I still wanted someone to notice this. Thanks for all the great support that you are providing to your valuable customers. I am bringing this issue to Regulatory and Legal as well. Regards Samresh

Its the worst service provider.
They get us a good internet service but if we have any problem with connection it’s near to impossible to get someone online to help us with. And their area representatives( distributors) shows so much of attitude as if we are getting services for free. Waiting for an alternative. I am not at all happy with the after purchase service.
This morning at least 10 times I called the Custmer but automatically after some time the call was getting hanged up.

Worst experience with Internet speed and customer support. I have opted for 6mbps and what I am getting now is less than 2mpbs and the connectivity is fluctuating every now and then. Customer support is the worst part, we don't get proper respond and nobody knows what to do. They don't even have a escalation hierarchy and a proper escalation point

Not providing new connection even after payment done advanced 20days ago
I have applied for a new Kerala vision broadband connection and paid full amount RS 4730/- to the LCO (Ushus cables, kuthirathadam) but even after 20 days they are not provided the connection. When I tried to contact them no response. Their customer care people also not responded to my queries.

Very bad experience from Kerala vision and network issued team.
No response for complaint. Every time the same issue occur.
there is on response for them after taking a connection from kerala vision broadband. If called for them solving an issue no one will come and check the issue.

My internet connection got disconnected Since last 2 days even though my plan is still active. The local service provider is not responding. Work from Home during this pandemic situation is completely depending with the internet connection.

Frequent outages And loss of connection
Unstable internet connection and it often looses speed and connectivity, more frequent than you might think. Customer service is a big pain. It feels like a scam. I wouldn't suggest anyone else to go with the connection. I have lost Connectivity at several key moments in process, like taking tests or submitting data, which inturn points out to the frequency of connection loss. The company is a huge scam with incapable delinquents as staffs and heads.

Broadband service not working
My internet connection gets disconnected several times. Since last few months. The local service provider is not responding he is saying there is nothing wrong and its a problem faced by the whole district of kannur kerala. I'm not able to use the net and have to pay the monthly charge for it as well. Please fix this or tell me how it can be fixed. The local provider is not helping they are asking me to switch to another company connection

Poor net work service and pathetic customer service
The broad band system never ever functioned properly since from the installation date. Now the concern is, children" s online classes. On 9th June 2021 complaint lodged to service provider, he asked me to check the net speed. I am extremely sorry to say that, the service provider does not even know how to speak. I understand the current situation, but tis is unacceptable.
1. My quota (Plan) is around 400GB/moth- that is what I understand from your customer care center but I am using around 200 GB/month only.
This broad band system is using only for online classes for children, they are not able to provide that much also. And when ever raises a complaint, service provider does not have any clue and simply says change your plan, current plan could not provide speed or disconnect our system.
Many time I have tried to contact with customer service center, its a big head ache to get connected with the center, minimum 4-5 time i have tried to get connected.
My problem is still unsolved.

6 months ago I took Kerala Vision Broadband connection - 50Mbps/600GB. First two months the connection was OK. 3rd month onwards network speed dropped to 1 to 4Mbps, somedays I get 30Kbps.I send multiple complaints to their email address - [protected]@keralavisionisp.com and initial stage they created the ticket and sorted out. However, the next day issue started occurring again.
I sent multiple emails multiple calls been made, no one resolved the issue yet and no one showed a courtesy to respond to my complaint emails, hence, updating the same here.
Hope someone looks into it.
