[Resolved]  Kerala Vision Broadband — Local operator not providing uninterrupted broadband by having back up Power at their local office

Hi team,

My mum has requested multiple times to local operator to have an investor or some form o[censored]ninterrupted power at their office so that broad band is available during short power cuts.

The broadband is used by me when I visit Kerala for work purposes. And the interruptions of broadband cause great inconvenience.

Please advise me how to escalate this?
