I contacted Kerala vision at their customer service no: [protected] and made my account Active on 31/03/2021 at 1:30 PM and recharged my account around 8:00 PM with Plan name: FUP50M600G through their self care portal

For which the details are given below:-
INB txn of Rs.593.81 frm A/c X7671 to Kerala Vis. Ref IGAKVZCJS9 on 31Mar21.
After successful recharge i tried connection to the wifi router and couldn't use the wifi internet and my account was found suspended later.
In this regard i tried calling their customer service no. and they asked me to email the transaction details to [protected]@keralavisionisp.com and wait for 24 hours to get a feedback.
2 days passed and they didn't respond.
So I had to recharge it again with the same amount through a local Kerala vision service provider ( solar cable vision at Kadakkal.)
Still there is no response from their side not they are taking initiative to refund as i do not wish to continue my plan to next month Was this information helpful? |
