They get us a good internet service but if we have any problem with connection it’s near to impossible to get someone online to help us with. And their area representatives( distributors) shows so much of attitude as if we are getting services for free. Waiting for an alternative. I am not at all happy with the after purchase service.
This morning at least 10 times I called the Custmer but automatically after some time the call was getting hanged up. Was this information helpful? |
