Internet activation delay irrespective of online payment through self care portal

I contacted Kerala vision at their customer service no: [protected] and made my account Active on 31/03/2021 at 1:30 PM and recharged my account around 8:00 PM with Plan name: FUP50M600G through their self care portal

For which the details are given below:-
INB txn of Rs.593.81 frm A/c X7671 to Kerala Vis. Ref IGAKVZCJS9 on 31Mar21.
After successful recharge i tried connection to the wifi router and couldn't use the wifi internet and my account was found suspended later.
In this regard i tried calling their customer service no. and they asked me to email the transaction details to [protected]@keralavisionisp.com and wait for 24 hours to get a feedback.
2 days passed and they didn't respond.
So I had to recharge it again with the same amount through a local Kerala vision service provider ( solar cable vision at Kadakkal.)
Still there is no response from their side not they are taking initiative to refund as i do not wish to continue my plan to next month

I have called Kerala vision customer care many times. Bit no one picks the call. if the reason is because of the executive is busy with another call that doesn't applicable here. Because I have called them on uncountable times. Such Irresponsive and not all appreciable. I have much waste of time with Kerala vision broadband. I would recomend to use any other service or the mobile network instead of keralavision

Not providing the good service
Actually i am using kerala vision for past 9months i have been using in my office and recharging every month 597rs but the internet is very very poor and the operator will not clearing the problems i face a lot of trouble in my business because of this kerala vision. today 25 march morning 11am my net got stop working untill 6.30pm it doesnot cleared. my all staff simply sitting bcos of this issue very irresponsible network i have ever seen

Poor internet connection and poor customer service

Poor Internet, very disappointed with Kerala Vision Broadband. Every day I call to Customer care / Service Provider to check with the internet issue. And our local provider is not responding . Many time we raise the compliant but no one is trying to resolve this issue.

It has been nearly a day and i was not getting access to internet . Tried to call the operator and most of the he doesnt pick up the phone.
This outage happens multiple times during a month and because of this since we are working from home, we are forced to apply a leave for the day.
The problem is based on Thalanad panchayat in kottayam district in kerala...

failed online recharge

I have done recharge for keralavision through upi transaction worth rs. 4714.81 but the transaction was unsuccessful and deducted the money from account.
There is no response from keralavision team since last two month.

As I have applied for new broadband connection a month before. But still have not received the connection as the operators are everytime saying will do will do and will bring connection as soon as possible. As I have called many times and every time they are saying they will do it as soon as possible but till now no result. this thing has wasted my so much of time so kindly request to do something and hope my issue will be resolved.

There has been frequent disruption with the service provided by Kerala vision broadband. The low connectivity seems to be a burden in handling work from home.. several complaints have been raised though, but no sustainable actions have been taken fem their end. There are no timelines provided when complaints are raised and no answers to calls when we try to reach out to their service center. They continue to charge the monthly payment even...

Low Internet speed and frigging broadband internet plans

We are not getting much speed for our Internet connection. They are providing frigging plans. All broadband companies are providing different plans at similar rates. While bsnl broadband is providing with 1Mbps as the lowest speed for unlimited plan, private companies are looting money from common man's pocket. This should be taken into a serious concern. Government should take measures to avoid such situation and people must get Good speed Internet at fair prices.

For past few months we have been getting low net speed o[censored]pto 200 kbps.
we complaint and the customer service said they would rectify the problem as soon as possible.yet they have reached the problem.if this problem is not rectified as soon as possible we will complaint to consumer court.

We didn't get any speed as explained in the plan.
The service and maintenance section is very bad. We are not getting prompt response or service if experiencing any issues. Also, network speed is not consistent all the time, showing lack of speed than offered in most of the times.
Iam not getting this damn properly..i have to approach consumer court since my work is in a pathetic situation.
Pathetic broadband connection no speed at all . I think BSNL broadband connection was way way better than this pathetic keralavision broadband connection.
Once paid you are trapped. There is no such as customer service. Frequent disconnection of internet with an answer "server problem". On the day of bill generation your connection will get disconnect unless you call them to reconnect. May be they want to "close" connection with customer.

I have applied for a new Kerala vision broadband connection and paid full amount RS 4730/- to the LCO (Ushus cables, kuthirathadam) but even after 20 days they are not provided the connection. When I tried to contact them no response. Their customer care people also not responded to my queries.
