Since more than 4 years i am using kerala vision broadband connection and i had replaced the modem once in the warranty period but on 17-march-2022 i recharged with a monthly plan of rupees 494/- including GST and after 18th day of recharge i was not able to use internet .
immediately i reported the issue to kerala vission service team and after long hours of waiting, A guy came and checked the modem and said that, modem is complaint and need to be replaced to use internet. and by that day the modem, s waranty was not finished yet. so i asked the guy to replace the modem by waranty .
the guy was refused to do so and he went off and few days back i called the kerala vision team and said i am redy to pay the amount for new modem .its almost rupees 3000/- but the funny part they said is, they dont have any more modem to provide connection ...by this reason i arranged a second hand modem and called them . again they were refused to give the connection with excuses ..
