I am a resident of Padma Vihar, Layam Road, Ernakulam, Kochi-682011; Consumer number-E40/110/D. This month I received a bill for Rs. 19, 000, while my usual bill amount is only Rs. 500-600.

I had come twice to the office today to register my complaint, but they kept asking me to come back later. I am a senior citizen and it is difficult for me to keep coming to the office so many times in these Covid times.

I would appreciate if you can help me to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Piravom kwa യുടെ കീഴിലാണ് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് കുടിവെള്ളം ലഭിക്കുന്നത്... കുറെ നാളുകളായി ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് കുടിവെള്ളം ലഭിക്കുന്നില്ല. വിളിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഓരോ excuses പറഞ്ഞു അവർ phone കട്ട്‌ ചെയ്യുകയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഞങ്ങൾ കുറെ വീട്ടുകാർ കംപ്ലയിന്റ് ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്.. യാതൊരു ഫലവും ഉണ്ടാകാറില്ല. എല്ലാ ദിവസവും കിട്ടിയില്ലെങ്കിലും ആഴ്ചയിൽ 2 ദിവസമെങ്കിലും കുടിവെള്ളം ലഭിക്കുവാൻ ഉള്ള സാഹചര്യം ഉണ്ടാക്കി തരണമെന്ന് താഴ്മയായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു

In trivandrum thaliyal road corporation doing digging work for road side rain water path and they had broken the main pipeline which is serving to the whole karthikeya nagar in karamana. We made complaint to them then also they had not done anything. Water is flowing huge through road and no one attended from the authority. Please do the service immediately as too much water is wasting which is required by public.
