    The site - eservices. Kwa. Kerala.gov.in - for viewing of kwa bills is not working. I have to view the details of bills of a house rented out by me, for which now i have to go to the kwa office. Please re-instate the "online bill view" facility

        Water reading on[protected] : 1377 kl
        Water reading on[protected] : 1494 kl

        Consumption for 2 months : 117 kl

        While taking meter reading on[protected], the meter reader has not served the bill and advised to collect the bill from water authority website. On viewing website, it is seen excessively charged rs. 4548/- for the consumption of 117 kl. As per the prevailing tariff the actual charge should be rs. 2084/- (100x14+17x40+4=2084).
        Hence rs. 2464/- is excessively charged.
        Kindly rectify the defects in billing and post the same in website so that the correct payment can be made on line without delay.

Somany times contacted and they committing somany days but yet not the compkaint not resolved. Due to covid 19 we are unable to take water from other nearest houses. So please help to provide the water has urgent basis. We are facing the issue more than four days.

            Bill dated 03/08/2020.
            Usually the readings are taken from my home between 2nd and 8th of every bimonthly. Previous readings recorded on 09/06/20 and this month took reding on 14/08/20. The total reading recorded was 84 kl and bill worth rs.1176 (@ rs.14/-). If the reading was taken in correct date my charge will be @rs. @rs.12/kl. And this type of billing is cheating the consumer by delaying the date of reading and pull to next stage of rate/kl due to the fault of yours. You may recalculate by average for 60 days and give bill so that my loss can be reduced. (I calculate a loss of rs.187/)-also mention that the previous reading was not correct but as i have not noticed at that time the total consumption raised to 84. Usually my consumption is below 65 kl/bimonthly.

                      I am a domestic consumer of kwa using very minimal water per day.
                      My minimum charge per month is rs 40/ and that is regularly paid till date via netbanking.
                      This month i got a bill showing an amount of rs 2435/ and the reason mentioned in the bill for excess amount as "prior bill adjustment".
                      I do not understand this.
                      This month mu usage is 6 units only.
                      My consumer no is tpr/14595/d and the meter no is 152049.
                      Pl verify records and correct the bill

                        We are not getting the water in the line during the last one year. We have tried our level best with our plumber but in vain. But we have been getting regular bills which we are paying promptly.

                              I jayakumari. Its my consumer no: arm/2503/d but in the bill consumer no: arm/2503/n. My connection is domestic but in the bill it is written as non-domestic because of this reason the bill is high. So need to change to domestic connection. (We are not yet using the water the house is closed) so kindly request to u clear the mistake.

Online receipt details is not received from the kerala water authority payment portal. While verifying ledger of kwa, there is no seen as making the payment of rs. 122/-. But in my mobile no. Still in the ledger of kwa, it is seen as arrears of rs. 122/- and payment receipt number is not seen in the same why?

                                      I'm drafting this complaint on behalf of my mother in law mrs. Annamma varghese, consumer id [protected] of ph sub division mallappally, pathanamthitta district. We opted for kwa connection as we had no other water source for our daily needs. Unfortunately things turn out to be even worse since the water comes once in a week, and that too for hardly an hour. The pressure is too low to fill a 1000 liter tank within that time of pumping.
                                      We called up the valve operator and pump operator this morning to check if there is any pumping today and they started blaming each other. Called up the section office pullad and they brought up another story of of broken pipes on the supply line.in fact this excuse itself is nearly six months old. However they're not hesitated to bill the usage promptly and that is the only thing they do with a pinch of sincerity.
                                      Our only demand is a proper supply of water in sufficient duration. Hope this find the right official and thus justice would be served.
