    My complaint is regarding bill.
    My previous bill for ₹96.00 was already paid at your website online on 28 Jun 2020.But in the bill under reference, it shows that previous bill was due and an amount of ₹96+8(meter reading charge) advance paid (-1) total ₹103 to be paid with new amount ₹178 and grand total due ₹281.00.You are requested to clarify this before 26 Nov 2020 to avoid disconnection or penalty.

        Address: Kerala Water Authority "JALABHAVAN"Palayam trivandrum

        Bill No 66574220 dated 8/10/2020 received for Rs.6284/- for a two bed room flat which is remaining closed for the last two months.
        My earlier complaint with docket No 35343 is still pending. the aggregate demand for the last two months is a huge sum of Rs. 19626/-
        request for reconsideration at billing unit was futile. The previous average water bills always remained below Rupees hundread.
        necessary direction may be issued to reconcile the mistake and allow eligible water leakage extended in case if it is of any suspected leakage.

                  I am a customer of kwa for the last 15 years and my bill has been below rs500/. However to my utter shock my bill dated august shows a consumption of rs.21995/ and consumption of 208 kl as against 43 kl in the previous bill.

                  My water meter is faulty and running continuously causing this error.

                  Need to to rectify the bill in lines with my previous bills. I have not recieved any bill physically but came to know online.

                  As per the current bill kwa is charging at rs10 per litre which is equal to bottled mineral water.

                            Water reading on[protected] : 1377 kl
                            Water reading on[protected] : 1494 kl

                            Consumption for 2 months : 117 kl

                            While taking meter reading on[protected], the meter reader has not served the bill and advised to collect the bill from water authority website. On viewing website, it is seen excessively charged rs. 4548/- for the consumption of 117 kl. As per the prevailing tariff the actual charge should be rs. 2084/- (100x14+17x40+4=2084).
                            Hence rs. 2464/- is excessively charged.
                            Kindly rectify the defects in billing and post the same in website so that the correct payment can be made on line without delay.

Somany times contacted and they committing somany days but yet not the compkaint not resolved. Due to covid 19 we are unable to take water from other nearest houses.                                 Bill dated 03/08/2020.
                                Usually the readings are taken from my home between 2nd and 8th of every bimonthly. Previous readings recorded on 09/06/20 and this month took reding on 14/08/20. The total reading recorded was 84 kl and bill worth rs.1176 (@ rs.14/-). If the reading was taken in correct date my charge will be @rs. @rs.12/kl. And this type of billing is cheating the consumer by delaying the date of reading and pull to next stage of rate/kl due to the fault of yours. You may recalculate by average for 60 days and give bill so that my loss can be reduced. (I calculate a loss of rs.187/)-also mention that the previous reading was not correct but as i have not noticed at that time the total consumption raised to 84. Usually my consumption is below 65 kl/bimonthly.
