Am a consumer in kwa, we have no water supply in our area, there is no any water supply continues today yet, we talk about the concern team one kwa engineer he said that will resolve our problem, but now onwards there is no any resolution, some of the kwa workers comes in our area and they make a connection walve in our area in road side, they come and closed yet, y they do like that, it's a very bad experience for all, after we hope there is a chance, that's y we wrote this complain it's our heartly request please do something, area from mannanthala chencherry kurumkulam, near csi church, we all hope sir the concern team will do something, because we trust u
I am trying to make water bill payment online. But the site is not working for almost 4 days.

I am unable to pay bill in time.

Request to Kerala water authority to rectify and make the site online to facilitate online payments.

    Yesterday on wards I try to remit my water bill by online, bu it was not possible forthe remittence due to some isues in Kerala Water Authority., and I contact the help line of Kerala Water Authority, and they informed me that, there is some techinical issues in their site. But they can' t tell when it is rectified . If the due date is over they charged interest.

      I have receive the water bill a week ago and i tried to pay through online (Till now) but still the system showing the reading is not updated in site. For your reference please see below for consumer number and consumer id.

      2 times i have forwarded the email to [protected]@kwa. Kerala.gov.in till now i did not get any response from there side. Please do the needful.
      Water line pipes broken in naripparambu post under edappal divison malappuram district. So many time we gives complaint against this issue, not yet solved, morethan 25 familes are depending this water line. please do the Needfull at the earlist
      Since wrong address given in the water bill Iam not getting the bill regularly.
      Please inform me what documents are required for the correction of
      address.

      1 week ago I have received a water bill. I tried to pay the amount through online. (KWA bill payment site). I written the consumer id and number and i clicked in the show icon. But the site displayed that reading is not posted for the consumer. What will i do? How will i pay my bill? Don't cut my connection. Please help me to pay my water bill.

        This complaint is submitted in order to bring into the attention of the authorities the broken pipe supply near state bio control lab, chirakkekod road, mannuthy.
        It has been wasting water for almost one week and no action has been taken since to repair or replace it. We contacted the head office thrissur several times. Pipe was broken because of road construction. The concerned persons also contacted to the authority. Water is being wasted unnecessarily.
        So i request you to look into the matter by informing the respective branch.

          I am not a consumer for kerala water authority. Since 4 years back i sold a property and the billing was send on my address even though officially requested to change the ownership. Consumer no kip 2684 d. Its surprising since on year there was no action taken by the water authority officer at sree narayana puram office at thrissur district. This ignorance and negligence from the officer was great insult for us. Kindly take action.

            We are not getting water supply for the last two days. This is hospital working 24*7 attending nearly 500 op patients and about 42 ip bed. We solely rely on kwa supply. Non availabilty of water make very difficulty in functioning this hospital. Hence i request to solve our difficulty by providing regular supply of water.             Water pipe broken and water leakage, water splashing Infront of Kasargod Guest House. Please do needful to arrest this. Here this area, locals says there are many pipe broken cases like this, it's not fare in the water deficient area like Kasargod. Kindly address

              എനിക്ക്[protected] ക്ക് ശേഷം വെള്ളം ലഭിച്ചത്[protected] ൽ 4മണിക്കൂറിൽ താഴെ മാത്രമായിരുന്നു[protected] ൽ ഏകദേശം 1 PM ന് സാങ്കേതികമായി വെള്ളം എത്തി, പക്ഷെ ഉപയോഗിക്കൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല, കാരണം കൂടുതൽ സമയം വായുവും പിന്നെ ചിലപ്പോൾ ഒക്കെ നൂലുപോലെ കുറച്ച് വെള്ളവും മാത്രമാണ് വന്നിരുന്നത്. ഇന്ന്[protected] അതായത് കഴിഞ്ഞ 11 ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഉപയോഗപ്രദമായി എനിക്ക് വെള്ളം ലഭിച്ചത് വെറും 4 മണിക്കൂറിൽ കുറവ് മാത്രമാണ് .

              ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗത്തേക്കുള്ള വാൽവ് സ്ഥിരമായി പൂട്ടി ഇടുകയും തുറക്കുമ്പോൾ പൂർണമായും തുറക്കാതിരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ് ഇതിന് കാരണം. റാന്നി വാട്ടർ അതോറിറ്റി അസിസ്റ്റന്‍റ് എൻജിനിയറുടെ ശ്രദ്ധയിൽ ഇക്കാര്യം പല പ്രാവശ്യം കൊണ്ടുവന്നിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് (ഫോണിൽ മെസ്സേജ് ആയി പല പ്രാവശ്യം പരാതി അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്, വർഷങ്ങളായി അയച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പരാതികളുടെ പകർപ്പുകൾ എൻറ്റെ ഫോണിൽ ഞാൻ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുമുണ്ട്), പക്ഷെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ തലത്തിൽ ഒരു തിരുത്തലുകൾക്കും ശ്രമിക്കുന്നില്ല. വാൽവ് ഓപ്പറേറ്റർമാർ അവരുടെ താൽപര്യം അനുസരിച്ചാണ് ഇവിടെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നത്. അവർക്ക് താല്പര്യം ഉള്ള മേഖലകളിലേക്ക് സ്ഥിരമായി വെള്ളം എത്തിക്കുന്നതിനാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗത്തേക്കുള്ള വാൽവ് സ്ഥിരമായി പൂട്ടി ഇടുന്നത്, ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അവർക്ക് സ്വകാര്യ നേട്ടങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കാം, പക്ഷെ ഇങ്ങനെ ബ്രാഞ്ച് വാൽവ് പൂട്ടി ഇടുമ്പേൾ 1) ഒരു മേഖലയിൽ ഉള്ള ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് സ്ഥിരമായി കുടിവെള്ളം നിഷേധിക്കുന്നു. 2) മെയിൻ പൈപ്പിൽ സമർദ്ദം കൂടുകയും സ്ഥിരമായി പൊട്ടുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. 3) സ്ഥിരമായി ഒരു മേഖലയിലെ വെള്ളം നിഷേധിക്കുന്നത് വഴി അവർ സഹായിക്കുന്നത് സ്വകാര്യ കുടിവെള്ള മാഫിയകളെ ആണ്. ഇതൊക്കെ ആര് കാണാൻ "കാട്ടിലെ തടി തേവരുടെ ആന, വലിയെടാ വലി"

                We are consumers of kwa of kavanur under areacode kwa. Water supply has been disrupted in our area for many months consecutively even though many o[censored]s have complained at the kwa office several times no action is taken so far even though billing is being done regularly.. Please note my meter #kvr210, i have paid 3 bills by now and you can see how many liter water has been supplied.. We are facing much difficulty now all o[censored]s depend on the kwa water supply. Please look into this matter and make urgent necessary steps to ensure resumption of supply to the area. Thank you for your help

                  Consumer id.[protected]. Con. No. Kma/18534/n. Route 0812-641. I had umpteen times reported that i am not getting any water at all. The meter is also defective. The meter reader was irresponsive to the core. I am using only old bore well for the last 20 years. On the open terrace, a shed was constructed & tiles were laid, inaddition to normal painting. The meter reader without integrity & honesty drmanded rs.3000/- in cash, which i bluntly refused, being a central govrrnment officer. He angrily left & and had reported non domestic category. Whereas it is only donestic category. The inspection party of two members were also informed but no use at all. Without even veryfying the bore well or hearing my explanations, they left. The kwa staff behaviour were rude, uncivilized & lacked minimun courtesy. I am not going to make any payment. I do not want kwa dealings at all.

                    Sir, there was no water supply from 21 oct 2019 onwards. On repeat complaints given there were no actions taken till date. As the summer is starting without water it will be more difficult to live

                    Hence my kind request to regular supply of water to this area

                      We are staying at vallikavu near amrita engineering college. Water shortage problem is high in this area. Even we dont have water others have water at the same time. That means it doesnt because of the water shortage its because of the pipeline connection we have. Already filed complaint to panchayath regarding this subject. But there is no actions taken by their by their side. The water section is under chavara. Please do the needfull.
                      This is a complaint against the spot biller of Nallila Puliyila area of kottiyam section .she behaves very carelessly and rude when enquiring about the mannerles character she showing.kindly enquire this and take disciplinary action.

                        Water connection to my house has been disconnected since 6 months during the road construction. I have noticed that the waterline from our side of the road has been diverted to the opposite side during my absence without any notice from the water authority even though my line is still active. Complaint to pullad water authority office and repeated reminder has turn futile and nothing has been done till now.

                              Since last one month no water supply is seen in the drinking water supply pipe line from kappakada pathil palam to east side, punnapra soth panchayath, alleppey, kerala 688004. Despite of repeated request no action has taken so far. More over the water authority office of alleppey is never picking phone.

                              There appears to be a mix up of water and flowing the same to the road starting from Eripuram Temple Junction to Kulappully - Ottappalam Road.In the process, people and school going chilren are finding it extremely difficult to commute. Besides this also creates a health problem. Kindly look into this and do the needful.

Called him today[protected] morning and was told that he wold rectify the defect today itself. Till now (05:57 pm) he has not come and done anything. Please depute another plumber at the earliest.

                                    Water supply is severely affected in our area. It started off in summer, but now it is disrupted every alternate day. Now it is not due to water scarcity. When we reach out to customer care, they casually say it is due to some pipeline issue. This is causing a lot of problems to people living in this area. Public service is disrupted. Please take some action and help restore uninterrupted water supply.
                                    The error showing that "Reading is not posted for the consumer" when search the bill with consumer no and ID. I can't pay the bill through online.
                                    please give a solution.

                                      kwa excess billing

                                      My consumer id is [protected] and consumer no: is tpr/8240/d at kerala water authority, water supply sub division, eroor south, tripunithura.
                                      My normal water bill for the last 4 years was approximately rs 400 for two months.
                                      Presently the consumption has reduced. But for the last two bills, the water bill is coming to rs 900-1000/=. Rectify meter....

                                      We reside in malaparambu, millenium road, calicut. Consumer no is k/33/2561/d.
                                      For the past one and a half months water supply is very limited. For the past 3-4days supply is completely stopped. We have repeatedly lodged complaints to the authorities. But no action was undertaken. Please do the needful urgently as we dont have other sources of water. This has been effecting surrounding 15 other connections
