    The public water pipe which was put within my property (address below) boundary without my knowledge or permission. This pipe is not enabling me to do agriculture on my land, build a wall boundary to protect my property and is allowing antisocial neighbors who use it are causing major problems for my family. Please can you move this water pipe to a publicly accessible area as soon as possible.

      Dear sir/madam:

      We were dumbfounded to see the water bill that we received this time - it was a whopping rs.25912 - see attached

      There is definitely something incorrect with this bill. Note that this is a secured fenced property with no occupants.

      Please address the issue with a correction and quick resolution.

          Sir, ref my com dated[protected]
          My compound wall damaged at five places of both sides by jcb digging works for laying the big pipes while i was away from home for three months. On arriving on 26 apr 2019, it is found that they were continuing working at the end of my compound wall by digging the slanted slabs of newly built drainage crossing bridge in muthambi-oorallur road at thatoli thazha junction where my house is situated. As few local people uerged the workers to talk about in connection with the bridge to the contractor, one shameem-mob no.[protected], introduced as supervisor of the contractor at koyilandy area, arrived there and also agreed me to conduct repair works of my compound wall tomorrow itself when i showed the damages to him. Next day when contacted in the afore said no., he didn"t attended on my repeated calls. I contacted the working jcb driver on the sight-midhun, mob no.[protected], told me that the supervisor has gone to native place and he will lookafter the case for him. He asked me to give an estimate of the cost of work by consulting the local stone wallworkers. I bought one stoneworker and approximate cost is calculated infront of midhun.. He agreed to start work one day aftwer by the said stone worker. And rewquired sand and cement will be arranged from contractor"s storew by him tomorrow itself. Thus confirmed to engage four stone workers to start work one day. After. On arrival of four stone workwers, i contacted midhun. He didn"t attended for my repeated calls like suypervisor and understood the cheating.in this juncture, i hereby request you, as i am unaware of the contractor"s address,, and even if they give fake address, to trace the contractor who has taken the said work of muthambi-oorallur road pipe laying work (Vydiyar angadi-oorallur work) of koyilandy area and arrange for compensation for my damages and four workers" one day wage..

              We will not be able to pay the due amount if this is not corrected .Request not to levy any penalty in case the site is not corrected before time and hence if could not pay the bill on time

                water leakage from mavelikkara water supply

                Sir,

                It is intimated that their continuous water leakage at my house, house no 472a, ambadiyil house, kannanakuzhy, mavelikkara, kerala-690505. This water supply comes under mavelikkara jurisdiction and you are requested to kindly take remedial measures to stop leakage of valuable water. This water leakage is occurring from the past one month

                Here i request to check consumer id payment issue... Several time i had tried to pay the bill through online but it unable complete as showing some error... I was put my id & password correctly. Authority should be patient to stop supplying water before the issue be solved. It's hard to us pay the bill by visiting kwc office at kumbala.
                Note: consumer id & no has metioned in below attached picture... Pls do not ignore this request.
                Bill not received for the month of March and April 2019.

                    Unable to Pay my Water bills online for last 15 dayas due to site your maintenance. When I have contacted our water authority office I received an irresponsible reply that they are helpless and it is server problem and server is located at Thiruvananthapuram. Please do necessary so that we can pay water bill bill online at the earliest.

                        Iam a customer of kwa at karetta in mattannur muncipality. We are getting water from kwa after every 4 days and that too ofen denying due to breaking of pipeline mostly because of kstp road work. We, 90 percent of people in this area is depending kwa water in summer season only. Last year we got water in every 3 days and this year it was cut to 4 days gap. When ever there was breaking of pipe happens the repair work is taking much time. Two weeks before it take 11 days for repair and now it is already one week we got water, even today after one week. The repair work is done. The reply to our complaint is that the kstp is to do the work. Please note that we are paying bill to kwa for supply of water and we have nothing to do with kstp or any other agency. It is the primary responsibility of water authority to supply water and your responsibility to repair the damages. Please note that within one month rainy season will come and 90 percent customers depend on their well and other source. For 4 to 5 months we are paying full years payment. It is most disheartening you are denying drinking water in the most needy days for some reason or other. I hope your good office will definitely enquire about the matter and find a solution at the earliest.

                          Sir,
                          After a long time of break - reason road construction - naranganam - kozhencherry, water authority started supplying water from april. We are charged fixed charges rs. 95/- per month even for those periods. But we get water once a week (Sometimes not at all) while near by places like maramon, etc receive water everyday without any problem. Why you showing disparities?
                          The government invested crores of rupees for laying pipe lines and for water tanks, etc. We are paying our bills. Why we can not get water daily or at least 3 times a week.
                          Sir please arrange for regular water supply in this area also.

                            In aluva, choondy, periyar valley - palamattom road, a pipe line which leads to a house is leaking and lot of wastage happens. The consumer is not interested in repairing it since he is getting water without any issue. This matter was reported to the concerned ae but was in vain. According to her version, it has to be repaired by the consumer. This leakage started 2 months back.
                            An year back, the same problem arised and as a new resident of this location, i took the initiative and repaired it and paid from my pocket.

                              I have got connection sanction on above said consumer number, not yet received actual connection of water for my use. I am getting bill for the last three months showing the details about the usage of water including meter reading. There is no actual water connection from your pipeline to my home till date. I have already paid one bill even though i am not getting a drop of water from your connection.

                                    While travelling to ranni, i have noticed that water is leaking from public water tap located at podipara near plankamon for so many days and no action is taken by concerned department to rectify it. Regret to note that this is happening when people in kerala is facing severe water crisis.

It has broken day before yesterday night and water is flowing from under ground henceforth. Kindly look into the matter immediately and do the needful.                                       I'm mr. John thomas, an old man of 74 years living in arukalikal west, vayala po adoor, with wife 70 years and mother aged 93. Since last 1 month, the adoor water municipality is not supplying water for no reasons, we don't have water to drink and to for daily routines. The wells are also dried up. Neighbours too are facing the same challenges. Being old it's very difficult for us to survive in this condition. We have tried all our means to reach out to the water authorities and they just promise every day that they will supply water by evening but all in vain. Hope you can understand our situation and our pain.
                                      Please, you are the last source of our help, kindly let us know how we have can survive and does the government takes the responsibility of our life.

                                      The supply is irregular in Vellayambalam-Althara regiron. Some days, we don't get a drop of water. While apartments and high-rises get water, houses are facing the crisis. We suspect foul play by authorities.
