I am a customer of kwa residing in kunnamkulam area. This complaint is to draw your attention on some irresponsibilities of those staffs who aren't updating my spot bill details. Because of this i couldn't pay my bill through online. Moreover the office is 12 kilometers long from my house so i have to give 40 to 50 rupees as bus fair extra each time. I hope that you can fix this issue as soon as possible

        In varkala area (Rote-062-64) near govt ayurveda hospital water suppy is blocked. They are telling that there is problem with the pipes. This promblem is continuing for the past 6 days and they are taking no action to repair it. Everytime we call them they are telling some reasons or other and not getting the problem solved. It is very hard if the chief engineer is not bothered about this and not doing his duty properlypls look into the matter asap

          ### section - recent bill shows very huge amount

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          Our current KWA bill, dated[protected], available online shows Rs. 9702 compared to the previous bill amount of Rs. 44. Please see attached copies of current and previous bills.

          In the current bill, meter reading jumped from 205 to 512 showing a consumption of 307 KL; where as the normal consumption is only 4 KL. There was over consumption or water leakages during this period.

          For the last one month we (Some 8 house holds) in ganga lane, k. P. Vallon road, kadavanthara, kochi are facing acute shortage of water supply through kwa supply system.

          We have complained to the local kadavanthara kwa office many times orally and in writing, but no action has been taken so far.

          The summer is getting bad to worse and the shortage of water is aggravating our condition.

          Please arrange to provide necessary solution urgently.

          I had received a massive bill amount of Rs. 1723 (bill no. 44904986 consumer no. MOD/3859/N) dated 13/02/2019 and without any proper enquiry and prior information they had changed the category to non domestic from domestic. So please take necessary steps towards my complaint.

            We are writing to inform you that we are residents of punnakunnam, pulinkunnu, kuttanadu, alappuzha and have been facing the shortage of drinking water for the last 10 months.in fact every member of the society is disturbed on account o[censored]navailability of water supply which is the basic need of every human being. Previously, this problem was also getting into the notice of the kwa edathuva, kuttanadu officer but no remedy was taken by him, so far.

            It is further stated that we have a few suggestions to resolve the issue of water shortage in our area.

            Water carrying vehicle should be sent at least two times a day from nearby government office to fill empty tanks. A new pipeline should be laid in all streets and proper water supply may be started in our area.

            Sir, we have suggestions but you have the authority to implement them and definitely can provide a better solution to our problems regarding the shortage of water in our area. We all request you earnestly to please resolve the aforementioned issue of water shortage in our area.

            Your immediate action in this matter is required which would certainly be admired by every member of our society.
            Water is leaking from a public tap in Ambalamukku - Vayalikkada road. It is before reaching Vayalikkada Junction (when you go from Ambalamukku to Vayalikkada), after Chittalloor temple. It has been weeks since the leakage started.

                I am a resident of kottukal panchayat (Under kanjiramkulam section) vide domestic consumer id no - [protected] (Kt7/3569/d). This is my 3rd time complaint regarding the same.. Still we don't get water in our area.in our area night after 12.30 only water coming that also in low pressure and also it's happen in 2 weeks one time so we want to check the water every day midnight because we don't know which day they will pumb the water... We called lots of time in kanjiramkulam office and also the man. Who is handling pumping water in our area but they will not able to tell which day they can send water... It's happening last 1 year.. Please take necessary action to solve this problem and provide water...

                        Sir,
                        I have a water connection from thottamon water purification plant, my connection taken from 2.5 inch dia pipe feeding from thottamon towards chakkittampoika road through ranny, ittiappara, valiaparampil padi, chethomkara and kumpipoika. Last 10 days i have no water supply through the water authority pipeline, this is because the valve operater indefinitely closing the valve at valiaparampil padi and refusing our rights to get public water. I observed their personal interests in this operations several times, may be they have personal benefits in this. The private water tankers are exploiting this situations eagerly. Publics are suffering a loat in all summer season because of this illegal valve operation. Here some people getting water everyday some others have no water indefinitely.

                        I personally meet water authority assistant engineer and raise this compliment several times, but it's of no use, there is no control over valve operater for the officials. Therefore i request your kind intervention in this matter and instruct to stop this illegal activities by the valve operater and protect our rights to get water everyday.

                            Am writing this complaint to let you know about the noise pollution caused by borewell digging. I belongs to vattiyoorkavu village, Tc 6/557 sobhalayam vattiyoorkavu PO near kundamankadav devi balikalam. Our neighbourhood digging a borewell(less than 50meters from my home) makes noise pollution and it is too irritatable, they started from morning 9am. They are acting against law as it is a property under civil case in high court and munsiff court, also they are doing the same by filling a use able drinking water well which were using for generations. We cant resist this. If we complaint by police, they are financialy rich and have good hold too. Iam in my Msc preperation and my sister is in 10th std. We are not able to study. Also i noticed a news that govt banned digging borewell in trivandrum. Kindly do something to stop this sound pollution, also dust pollution. I am an asthma patient. Could you please take necessary actions regarding this.

When i call the operator who is in charge in this area, he is telling that the electricity board has not giving the electricity to generate the machine...                                   We are domestic consumer of kwa aralummoodu, neyyattinkara division. Since last 7-8 months meter reading seems to be 4 times higher than average and reached to aralummoodu kwa office several times since july 2017.

                                  They have been asked to wait till inspection complete and since now no action has been taken. Now due amount incremented to 1k and got disconnection notice from kwa.

                                  There were issues reported against kwa aralummoodu for supplying water illegally to commercial purpose, hence water supply for domestic purpose were limited. We were forced to buy water multiple times for our usage.

                                  No action on the bill or seems to be kind of revenge from the officials and this should be reported to higher authorities.

                                    Sir, i am a resident of padinjarenada, kumaranallur, kotayam, kerala. I was in touch with various offices of the water authority in the district and i have even posted a complaint in the facebook account of jilla vikasana samity, kottayam. Earlier also they were not supplying water for more than eight years. The supply was restored after volley of correspondence and there was water during rainy season. Now for more than two months we are not getting a drop of water. Now since our well is dry i am depending on private water supply agency which is very costly. Last week i have paid rs.1300/- for 7000 liters of water and again i may have to get water from such private agency as the well cannot hold water for a longer period.in the circumstances i would request your goodself to kindly do the needful so that i may get water for which i am forced to pay even when no water is supplied.

                                    Sir, No action has been taken so far. I am in constant touch with the water authority offices in Kottayam, but no one seems to be interested in solving the problem. I understand that many of my neighbors have also submitted complaints on the issue. Please do the needful urgently.

                                    Few persons from the water authority along with the municipal councilor visited the area few days back. But no action seems to be taken, it was also reported that recently some valves were put in the water line in question to help some individual consumers and thereby blocking water supply to others. If this is so, it is a serious matter and action needs to be taken to clear the blocks. Please direct the authority to take appropriate action so that we get water.

                                    The Asst.Engr. and his team visited the site again and after inspection instructed me to change the water pipe line from the existing GI pipe to PVC and also the water meter. Although I knew this was not the remedy I have replaced the pipeline which cost me Rs.7500/- They have now reduced the water supply to this line and no water is coming to my tap. The only solution would be to block the water at the required places and release the same at sufficient quantity and pressure at regular intervals so that every body gets water. For the last two or three days they are releasing water in very small quantity so that residents in low lying areas get 2 or 3 buckets of water. We are remitting water charges as everyone else and it is our right to get water as everybody else. If the Authority responsible for water supply is unable to solve the problem immediately, the officers who forced me to incur unnecessary expenditure towards replacing the pipes and water meter may be directed to return the expenditure I have incurred in this connection.
