Sir, i am a resident of padinjarenada, kumaranallur, kotayam, kerala. I was in touch with various offices of the water authority in the district and i have even posted a complaint in the facebook account of jilla vikasana samity, kottayam. Earlier also they were not supplying water for more than eight years. The supply was restored after volley of correspondence and there was water during rainy season. Now for more than two months we are not getting a drop of water. Now since our well is dry i am depending on private water supply agency which is very costly. Last week i have paid rs.1300/- for 7000 liters of water and again i may have to get water from such private agency as the well cannot hold water for a longer period.in the circumstances i would request your goodself to kindly do the needful so that i may get water for which i am forced to pay even when no water is supplied.

Sir, No action has been taken so far. I am in constant touch with the water authority offices in Kottayam, but no one seems to be interested in solving the problem. I understand that many of my neighbors have also submitted complaints on the issue. Please do the needful urgently.

Few persons from the water authority along with the municipal councilor visited the area few days back. But no action seems to be taken, it was also reported that recently some valves were put in the water line in question to help some individual consumers and thereby blocking water supply to others. If this is so, it is a serious matter and action needs to be taken to clear the blocks. Please direct the authority to take appropriate action so that we get water.

The Asst.Engr. and his team visited the site again and after inspection instructed me to change the water pipe line from the existing GI pipe to PVC and also the water meter. Although I knew this was not the remedy I have replaced the pipeline which cost me Rs.7500/- They have now reduced the water supply to this line and no water is coming to my tap. The only solution would be to block the water at the required places and release the same at sufficient quantity and pressure at regular intervals so that every body gets water. For the last two or three days they are releasing water in very small quantity so that residents in low lying areas get 2 or 3 buckets of water. We are remitting water charges as everyone else and it is our right to get water as everybody else. If the Authority responsible for water supply is unable to solve the problem immediately, the officers who forced me to incur unnecessary expenditure towards replacing the pipes and water meter may be directed to return the expenditure I have incurred in this connection.

    In our area (Irumbukuzhy area). We used to get water once in a week but before few months we only get water once in15 days. But nowadays, it has been almost 3 weeks since we got water. This is not fair! Or else we won't pay the bill. The operator supplies water if we offer some money. Atleast supply water once in 10 days. We face severe water shortage.

      Dear sir
      I am a resident of Kottukal Panchayat (Under Kanjiramkulam Section) Vide Domestic Consumer ID No - [protected](KT7/3569/D) . There is often Inadequate -Low Pressure & irregular Supply of Water in this line since last 1 year . May One to two week we don't get water even they provide water supply that time is too late like midnight around 1.O'clock with low pressure(here lots of family have the same problem) .Despite raised verbal complaints lots of time in water authority Kanjiramkulam office, no proper action were taken by them to resolve this problem. So please take necessary action to solve this issue as soon as possible.
      I have got a spot bill on 29/1/19. I have been trying to pay the bill online. it shows that bill will be available only after 3 days from getting the spot bill. Even today, 09/02/19 it showed the same message.

      So, You will not have right to charge fine even if i am delayed in paying the bill.

        Water supply line broken near poosaripady, njarakkat road kizhekkepram.
        House affected - vara no 54.
        This was discovered early this morning. Yesterday evening some kseb workers had worked in this area and the water leakage is just below the electric pole.
        Subsequently complaint was made on phone to north parur kwa office 3 times. No action has been taken so far.

          We have complained to kaloor wa office about non supply of water to our house cons no. E49/4613/d - girija subramanian) on 5-2-2019 for which nobody has responded till now. The asked us to repair with our plumber and we have checked our connection with a plumber and they said there is no problem for inside connection. When we call they say they will come today. This reply we are receiviing for the past 11 days. Please find a solution fro this.

              I have a water connection under consumer no vlm/924/d (Domestic). The reading was shown as 639 on 25/7/2017. Thereafter the reading was not recorded till 25/7/18 showing the reason as "not clear" due to water vapour inside the meter. However on 24.9.18 the reading was noted as 903 and consumption as "2". On 29 nov 18 the amount due for payment after deducting the balance amount of credit available with kwa of rs 303/- is recorded as rs 1325/-. The fact is that no one was staying in the house for a long time of about three years and there was hardly any water consumption.
              It is interesting to note that the reading noted subsequently on 23.1.19 is "0" showing the reason once again as "not clear".
              Keeping in view of the above it is requested to record the actual consumption and charge accordingly only.
              It is also requested to consider opening of the meter box, clear the water vapour contents and take the reading correctly and re-calculate the actual consumption instead of "2" due to reading "not clear"

                I am a consumer under waterworks sub division thrissur as per the above mentioned consumer number. I am not getting water for the past four months to my house. A leakage under the tiled portion of the road of thrissur corporation has been noticed and the same has been reported to assistant enginner kwa, section no.2, thrissur. But no action has been taken to rectify the leakage and to restore the water supply to my house.

                  My last bill amount is rs 550 the amount has been paid on 11 feb 2019. The previous month billing amount has been as under

                  Aug 18 - rs 139
                  Based on the above consumption pattern the metering amount of rs 550 for the last months is very very high and abnormal.
                  I have anyway paid the amount of rs 550, request you to kindly look into the matter and adjust in subsequent billing.

                    The storage tank are being destroy with mud. It resulted the taps and bathroom systems also.

                      There is no water supplied to my area - parambithara road, panampilly nagar for the last 3 days. As we don’t have bore water or other sources of water supply, we solely depend on corporation water for our basic needs, it is very difficult for a common man. There is no notice in the newspaper reg the same. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                        Public tap remains idle for the past couple of weeks, which had affected the lives of people in the neighborhood awkwardly.

                        Around 25-30 families are completely depending upon the same tap for there day to day domestic needs.

                        Hence request you to intervene in the same and to fix the same at earliest.

                              I have 3 connections within the compound serving 3 rented properties. There is no water for years

                              1) the ref numbers affected are as follows ;-
                              E38/93n ([protected]) n g krishna kumari
                              E38/94n ([protected]) n g krishna kumari
                              E38/96n gangadharan pillai (Father)
                              2) the tenants refused to pay the water bills and as result i had to settle the revenue recovery bill for e38/93n
                              3) due to no water situation, dmrc - kochi vacated the premises.
                              4) sir - when we come from overseas, 15-20 years back, also same problem existed. We had to buy tanker water and still pay the water bill,
                              5) when this was taken up with kwa years before, a contractor was allocated and we paid rs 28000 charges for cutting the road to link with a new line. It was a waste still no water then and now
                              6) meter reading, if at all any was very minor due to air in the line. I enquired surrounding residents, all face the same situation.
                              I would appreciate some engineer's looked into this for early solution.
                              We are residents of chennai and we came down here to settle the revenue recovery
                              We shall certainly pay all bills, but provide us water

                              The pipe line to this house appears to b leaking which is visible from the road, for more than 1 week. Plenty of fresh water is being wasted. Even after informing the concerned House owner, no action is taken yet. Pls take immediate and necessary action regarding this and a pix wastage of recious water.

                                There is no water supply in vazhathope pachayath for two weeks. So people need to look upon other water sources and it is very much frustrating. Elder grandparents in my home are facing much difficulty in these issue and we are forced to dind other water sources. Even if water supply is not available, water bill is given without delay. So what is the relevence of this government water supply systen if it is not availabe. So i would like to ensure immediate action against this issue.
                                There is some water loosing from the distribution line, every day while pumping under progress.This water is trapped on the walk way where the public use.And same time mosqitos are growing.Several time inform to the water athority thaliparamba office - but no use.

                                  We got a water connection in muttom area of cheppad panchayat under haripad section.in our ancestor house, mannoor thekkethil, muttom, haripad. We stay permanently in ernakulam and visits muttom once in a while. About one month back i wanted to visit muttom,, but from neighbors we came to know that there is no water for more than 2 months. I spoke to the ae who told some problem in the bore well and is being resolved and will be normal in one week time. Today[protected] from neighbors it is noticed that problem is is yet to be resolved and postponed my visit again.
                                  Then i contacted asdt executive engineer to know the likely date of restoration sri. Jayaprakash, (Mob.[protected]). His way of talk was highly indifferent and disconnected the telephone telling that some visitorsare sitting in front of him which is not expected from an officer.
                                  Then i spoke to executive engineer, alappuzha who was very cordial and agreed to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                  Kindly do the needful to restore the service and advice aee to be more cordial to customers.

                                    1) the subject service has been disconnected for sometimserci e and the meter was found hanging outside the main door hung in a plastic cover
                                    2) the enq revealed that the service is disconnected due to non payment.
                                    3) the tennant who occupied the premises had to vacate the premises due to "no water"
                                    4) for the same reason of no water, we had disconnected another service e38/97/n from[protected], in the adjacent building leased to dmrc
                                    5) we had suffered due to no water for 20 plus years and have made many representations, even to the then cm, but of no avail.
                                    6) today, one can see the buildings are served from neighbours well, pumps are installed to lift water to tanks.
                                    7) we are senior citizens, very much law abiding people. We request the concerned, not to charge us for water, when there was no supply. Our houses are atleast 5 feet high from surrounding houses.
                                    8) now, understood, revenue recovery procedures are on? Why? The subject house is locked up for morethan a year.
                                    9 we shall pay for the water consumed if any - kindly review to settle the bill

                                      Excise complex painavu, kuyilimala water supply complaint about 10 days.in this complex 3 offices functioning and 35 employees worked and also 4 staff quarters attached with this complex. We complinted in painavu and thodupuzha water authority offices.in december 5 to january 5 excise department declared as special drive. Hence all employees are full time alerted and stay in office and in field. Please take immediate action to ratify the complaint to the water connection.                                         Now days water supply more delay 3 days ones only get water. We are facing more problems. Drinking also no water available
                                        Take necessary action.
                                        The concerned authority didnt take any proper action against this. Why we are facing the issue we are paid the bill in proper time without any due sometimes we make a advance payment. Then why this much isuues came here.
                                        Nobody to arrange any facility for facing this issue. Any private supply for water like that. Why make we are so. Much department. District office state office then lower level branches also

                                        For the past few month we are been served with contaminated water at Thrissur municipality. Few complaint were already been registered but no action were taken so far. Requesting you to take necessary action.
                                        I am V Ramanthan and my consumer I D is[protected].Bill no.42833673 dated 12/12/2018 issued to me charged Rs 4116 against usual charges of about Rs700.I am not able to locate the status of my complaint regarding the same lodged through their website on 18/12/2018 vide complaint no.KWA/9611/2118/OC allotted to me.Solve without further delay.
