Ref Kerala Water Authority Consumer i.d. [protected] There is no provision for the consumer to download or to receive in his e-mail a receipt for having paid the Water Bill. Only a transient display of the receipt as soon as the payment is successful is there which disappears immediately. Enabling in the software of some mechanism whereby the consumer can retain the receipt either as soft copy or as downloadable and printable format or sending a receipt in his e mail i.d is only a right of the consumer
Repeatedly it is seen that "Fourty Four" is being printed in the online bills of payment. The correct spelling is FORTY FOUR.

FOUR, FOURTEEN,
But FORTY, FORTY ONE, FORTY TWO, FORTY THREE etc. are the correct spellings.
Im also looking for the details of online payment done on KWA website which doesnt show up in their office system.This happened in Kadavanthra office, Ernakulam. As the website is a crappy one which does show any online payment history or billing history its unfortunate to know the history of payments done through online. Time to privatize this organisation.

    There is no water supply from kerala water authority to our pharmacy (Consumer no. Prt/293/n) meter no.15c8527/17. Since 3 months
    Consumer id [protected].

    I request you to look into the matter seriously and do the needful
    Immediately. I also request you to send a confirmation mail after the acknowledgment of this mail. I hope you can solve this issue at the earliest.

      ഞാൻ കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിൽ കോട്ടയം മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി വാരിശ്ശേരി ഭാഗത്തു താമസിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഉപഭോക്താവാണ്. ഞാൻ വിദേശത്താണ് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഇരുപതു വർഷത്തിന് മുകളിൽ ഉള്ള കണക്ഷൻ ആണ് എന്റേത്. എന്നാൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ നാല് വർഷമായി എനിക്ക് ജല വിതരണം തടസ്സപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. വെള്ളം കിട്ടിയിട്ടും മീറ്റർ വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നില്ലെന്നും പറഞ്ഞു, മുൻകൂറായി പണം അടച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന എന്റെ പൈസ വാട്ടർ അതോറിറ്റി കട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. പഴയ പൈപ്പിൽ പ്രഷർ കൂട്ടി വെള്ളം നൽകാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ലെന്നും പ്രഷർ കുറവായതുകൊണ്ടാണ് വെള്ളം കിട്ടാത്തതെന്നുമാണറിഞ്ഞത്. പൈപ്പ് മാറ്റിയാൽ തീരാവുന്ന കാര്യമേ ഉള്ളൂ. അതിനു ഞാൻ ഇനി എവിടെയാണ് സമീപിക്കേണ്ടത്? കുടിവെള്ളത്തിന് ക്ഷാമമുള്ള സ്ഥലമാണിവിടം. ദയവു ചെയ്തു ഒരു മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

        Sir,, am from aluva water authority area in ernalulam district... My complaint is from water authority employee came oneday he removed my good working condition water meter then placed neighbours water meter in my home.. Actually neighbours water meter complaint... Water authority gave notice gave to rwmove meter... But came person remove my good condition meter... Also neighbours huge pending bills be said to pay... So please take action immediately with that irresponsible water authority employee & must reinstall my water meter in my home same pllace & pending bill be must pay by him... Its water authority employees miatake... Not mine... So please take action immediately... Thankingyou...
        I have to log in with registered user credentials to view my bill. If I have forgotten my password, the only suggested remedy is sending a mail to WA which nobody cares to reply.

          Sir.. Gdmg.. Am sandhia.. My home is in aluva... Mariappady 495/15 door no.. U. C. College.683102.. Ekm dt. My complaints is very clear... My meter number 802/ucc/d... Next neighbours 508..in one compound two homes... 508 is not working condition & strucked many years... Gave notice to remove... Came person from water authority changed my wprking condition meter & fix neighbpurs number water meter in my home also... Huge pending bill also... Without my permission or am not applied my meter also... Good working condition meter mine... Please take actions against who changed water meter without my information... Second it is not my number water meter... Neighbours number meter... Thats complaint... They got notice from water authority remove old & reinstall new one... But water authority employee changed mine...802 meter... So please immediate action reinstall my number water meter in same place. With full expenses of that water authoritee employee & pending bills also must be paid... Bcoz its not my miatake... Its water authority s employees mistakes... So please do immediate action fo remove neighbours wayer meter from my home & reinstall my number water meter... My ph: [protected]... Am hoping may took action early as possible.. Thankyou

            delay is refunding the security deposit

            I had paid a security deposit of 13758/= for causal water connection on 9th sept 2009 with consumer no - tp424. Then it is changed to normal water connection 21st oct 2013 by paying the conversion fee. On that time on wards me and my father running behind the kwa office kozhikode for refunding the sd, but till nothing happened. Initial they had told the sd will deduct from the bill, but it is not reflected in bills and later they told it...

            When you pay bill through the e payment web site they charge an additional rupees 10/- for each transaction. For automatic deduction of bill through banks it lists only one bank which is the federal bank ltd which is not even a nationalized bank. Why the automatic deduction of bill facility cannot be provided through other nationalized banks like indian bank, sbi etc.

              This is from mallapally, pathanamthitta district. Our water supply pipe near taluk office mallapally had been broken for more than a month now. Water gets logged in front of our house and we find it a very difficult situation here. Cars are difficult to be taken outside the house as it gets stuck in the mudpool. No authority has taken any thing in this regard after several complaints being made. Besides these a very valuable resource has been wasted worthlessly.. Please look into the issue and repair the water supply pipe...

              For the last 2 weeks water is not receiving in my water connection consumer number M 134.
              Please take necessary steps to restore the above.

                  1. Army welfare housing society, prasanna vihar, marine drive, kochi, was provided with domestic connection (E 40/3574/d) for 47 flats in sep 2000. This connection has been unilaterally changed to non domestic in bill no 37427771 dated 21 june 2018 & 39373547 dated 23 aug 2018.
                  2. The monthly water consumption has also been inflated to 861.5 kl (Bill of 21 june 2018) & 749.5 kl (Bill of 23 aug 2018).
                  3. Consequently, the bi-monthly bill increase from rs rs 14, 856/- in april 2018 to rs 67, 220/- in june 2018 & rs 58, 260/- (Total amount due as on 23 aug 2018 is rs 1, 12, 095/-).
                  4. There has been no diversion of water for non-domestic use till date as can be seen from the average consumption for all these years since sep 2000 when the connection was provided. This can also be verified by on-site inspection.
                  5. This is a housing complex for army personnel who have devoted their lifetime in service of the nation in trying and difficult conditions.
                  6. A representation was submitted to the aee, water works sub division, pallimukku, kochi in june 2018 for which the reply is still awaited.
                  7. Please revert the connection to "domestic" and also reissue water bills for june 2018 and aug 2018 as per correct water consumption.

                      Road has been flooded with water (Seems fresh) near by indian oil (Between nedumangadu-valicode). We are using this road since more than a moth and the condition is the same. It is adjusent to ajunction and hence the traffic also has been affected badly. It looks like neither the concerned authority nor the residants have taken any steps to address the issue. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
                      Water comsumption reading for current bill is 350kl and previous bill is 272kl which is 78kl for 2 months. However the bill amount is at rs 1911. The correct bill amount should be only rs.936 (rs.12 for 39kl for 2months). Rs 975 is charged in excess without any justification.
                      Water pipe Leakage at Petta Gandhi square road in front of Mangayil lane and opposite Mangayil school on Kundannur Gandhi square road

                      Please repair as the water is flowing and getting wasted for a week now.
                      Every drop is precious
                      Please resolve urgently
                      I dont know the consumer no. If you do not repair the life of people will be affected

                        There is no supply of drinking water from last 9 months at puthethupadi to kottipillathu jn near poonkavu, pathanamthitta. Many of the houses here are getting water many others not. Lot of complaints given to higher authorities, asst. Engg., ward members but nobody turning back. Labourer mr. Vijayan is not doing his duty properly and the authorities are just closing their eyes even after getting so many complaints including written. Mr. Vijayan has given report to his authorities that everything is fine but the authorities are not responsible enough to just confirm whether its true or not.

                          Its been a week since drinking water has been been provided to us (Ernakulam) coz of flood, many pipelines have been affected... But then they have clearly stated that they will provide us water tankers to our places as nd wen required... Its been days since we are calling water authorities in tvdm, to help us... Dey give a nmbr and wen we call to tat nmbr they ask us to send an empty tanker so that they can send water.. One of them just disconnects the call, a person called ajeesh who is the incharge of ernakulam branch said as the counscellor of our place is from opposition party i repeat, he said, "as the counscellor is from opposition party" they will not provide us water... At this time also when people are dying of flood,.. This people 'kerala water authorities are biased towards for providinf water which is our right to get water..

                            On logging in, the site says that bill under processing. Will be available after three days of spot billing.
                            Consumer no: 6621 158 ctt/2071/d consumer id: [protected]. Spot billing done on 08 aug 2018. Till today, 16aug 2018, the bill has not been processed. It is not for the first time that i have experienced this. It has happened umpteen times earlier.
                            Needs to be rectified. If kseb can do the processing in one day after spot billing, i find no reason why kwa cannot do this.

                              08-08-18 is 2087 kl,
                              Sir my family consisting four member, myself, husband, son& daughter, son studying pathanamthitta & staying collage hostel, we are cent: govt employ, going morning& coming back evening, myself doing rain water harvesting &using the same also, i have ground water tank & floating valve also, i never use 2087 kilo litter water, it may be the meter problem. Their for kindly look this mater and make a favorable action as early as possible.

                                  I am Treesamma.A, Puthenplavilaveedu, TC No.27/1459, RRA D 159, rishimanghalam Vanchiyoor Thiruvananthapuram Pin 695035 .We have water connection in our house with ID [protected].We did not get a drop of water for the last 2 weeks.Water authority continuously interrupted water supply to houses in this locality.The official who responsible for opening valve is not doing his duty.Because of that this situation arises.Before 1.5 years the same situation prevailed here.But after several complaints the complaint resolved and we get water without interruption.Again the water authority started the negligence and we suffered a lot.Now we collecting water from far away places.Even in rain we live without drinking water.We, the consumers have paid the water fee regularly and KWA did not full fill their responsibility.Getting water is our right not the magnanimity of KWA.If this laxity continues we, the consumers compelled to move toward consumer court for getting justice.So we request the authorities of KWA to take necessary steps for supplying water in our locality without interruption.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    There is an issue with my water connection for more than 6 months. Water flow is very low so that we are filling on buckets. We have informed the reading officer and the concerned officers multiple times but unfortunately we are facing same issue till date. A written complaint has been produced on December 2017 and last month the same reading officer gave us the bill and mentioned unauthorized water access.

                                    Please Help.

                                      We have a water connection with you.but the service offered is very poor I should say.even though we pay the bills correctly on time, there is severe and regular disconnection of our water supply.this can be understood in water scarce summer times.but even during high rain months too, water is being not supplied properly.when enquired with water authority office in payyannur, kannur., they put forward lame excuses such as pumping problem, electricity shortagemail etc.They are also uncertain as to when the connection gets reconnected.we are facing a huge water scarcity problem as this is the only water source we are depending upon.
