ബില്ലുകൾ അടയ്ക്കുന്ന എനിക്ക് ഇതുമാതിരിയുള്ള സേവന രാഹിത്യം വേദനയുളവാക്കുന്നതാണ്. എന്റെ
അയല്വക്കത്തുള്ള വീട്ടിൽ വെള്ളത്തിനു തടസ്സമില്ല. അടിയന്ദിരമായി
പരിശോധിച്ചു പരിഹാരം സാധിച്ചു തരുവാന്‍ അപേക്ഷ.

    I am residing at kizhaparayar, meenachil panchayat, ward 1, pala, kottayam (Dt). There is a panchayat pipe which comes under ward 2 located near our house. This pipe is having leakage for several months and the leaked water is flowing into our property making it a mess. Only one of our neighbor families was using this pipe in the past. But till now they have not taken any initiative to prevent this leakage. Since now they have their own well and no one is using this public tap. My family approached the panchayat authority and till now no action has been taken to prevent the water flow. So i request you to either fix the leakage of this particular pipe or even to terminate the connection since no one is using it. A lot of water is being wasted daily due to this leakage and it is also making the surroundings marshy. I hope you will administer the steps at the earliest to fix this wastage of water

      I am not getting water from[protected] through my house connection given by water authority ranny. My consumer no: clk 257 (Ranny). Therefore i request the kind intervention of officials in this matter to retain the supply of water and take the possible measures to avoid the regular interruption in supply of water through my connection at least in summer season.

        The water connection bills paid are up to date. The bill for January 2018 pis is attached for your kind reference.
        This connection stopped working last month January 2018 onward and we do not get water anymore from the line.
        Request you to reconnect the line so that the water supply to our home resumes.

            എന്‍റെ വീട് തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കരകുളം വില്ലേജില്‍ കാച്ചാണി ഹൈസ്കൂള്‍ ജംഗ്ഷനില്‍ ആണ്. ഞാനും എന്‍റെ 5 മാസമായ കുഞ്ഞും, ഭര്‍ത്താവും, അച്ഛനും അടങ്ങുന്നതാണ് എന്‍റെ കുടുംബം. ശനിയാഴ്ച രാവിലെ മുതല്‍ ഇവിടെ വെള്ളം ഇല്ല. എന്‍റെ അവസ്ഥ ആലോചിക്കണം 2 ദിവസം കൊച്ചു കുഞ്ഞിന്‍റെ തുണി പോലും കഴുകാന്‍ വയ്യാതെ.. വെള്ളം പൈസ കൊടുത്തു വാങ്ങിയാണ് ഞായറാഴ്ച ഉപയോഗിച്ചത്.. ഭക്ഷണം വക്കാന്‍ പോലും വെള്ളം ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു.. അപ്പോള്‍ പിന്നെ ബാക്കിയുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ പറയേണ്ടല്ലോ... വാട്ടര്‍ അതോറിടിയില്‍ പലതവണ വിളിച്ചു ഫോണ്‍ എടുത്തില്ല.. വെള്ളം ഞായറാഴ്ച രാത്രിയില്‍ വന്നു എന്നാല്‍ ടാങ്കില്‍ കയറിയില്ല... പകരം ഞങ്ങള്‍ ഉറക്കം ഇല്ലാതെ ഈ ചെറിയ കുട്ടിയേം വച്ച് പത്രങ്ങള്‍ നിറച്ചു... കുഞ്ഞിന്‍റെ തുണിയും കഴുകി... സമയം അറിയേണ്ടേ രാത്രി 1.30 കഴിഞ്ഞു... ഇപ്പോള്‍ വലിയ പാത്രങ്ങള്‍ ഒന്നും നമ്മള്‍ സൂക്ഷിക്കാറില്ലല്ലോ അതും എന്‍റെ തെറ്റ്... ഇപ്പോള്‍ തിങ്കളാഴ്ച സമയം 7 am ആയി... വെള്ളം ഇല്ല.. പിടിച്ചു വച്ച വെള്ളം എത്ര നേരം ഇരിക്കും എന്ന് അറിയില്ല.. പ്രാഥമിക ദിനചര്യകള്‍ പോലും ഇന്നലെ മുതല്‍ നടക്കണില്ല.. ഇനി ഞാന്‍ ആരോടാണ് പറയേണ്ടത്... കിണര്‍ ഇല്ലാത്തതും എന്‍റെ തെറ്റ്... ഒരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പും ഇല്ലാതെ ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യുന്നതില്‍ കഷ്ടമുണ്ട് എന്ന് പറയാന്‍ അല്ലാതെ വേറെ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാന്‍ എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ല...

              Your online bill payment website is not working... I typed in my consumer i'd and password correctly... But it says "this site can’t be reached

              Epay. Kwa. Kerala.gov. Inconsumerdetails. Php’s server dns address could not be found.
              Dns_probe_finished_nxdomain"... Please fix it soon... As i have to pay my bill in 2 days or else my water will be disconnected.

                I am unable to pay water bill online for the past three months. Before that i used to pay online. Because of this i have pending bills. This complaint started when a news came that we can now pay water bills through online, before that news came everything was ok and we were able to pay online. As of now nothing is done. The server is facing a complaint. Kindly resolve it. My water connection is kochi 682001.
                I am not able to make online payment for last two months. Always the message is the bill not uploaded. Consumer details [protected], UDR/2109/D
                The payment site is not working since many weeks. I could notmake the payment for the previous bill, because of your failure. Received bill for the present bill. In it you put a penality of Rs10.00 on me for your failure. Anyhow, I tried many times for paying the new double bill. Still the same problem. Your site not working... May waiting to impose the penality again again.

                  I am bindu kumari. S. R, residing at bindu bhavan, t k d road, sgra - 64, muttada. P. O, tvpm -695 025 and my consumer no. Is [protected]. Last one week we are struggling to get pipe water for our day to day activities. Last week i am noticing that the plumbers who works in the water authorities was taken maintenance in a pipe line in main road. After that we are losing the water force in pipe line. But our neighbours have no problems about that.
                  Kindly take necessary steps to solve this problem.

                    I would like to lodge a compliant towards exorbitant bill of kerala water authority - consumer # [protected]-elamakkara, ernakulam of which current bill is rs 14, 000/= (Normal bill rs.500-600). The similar invoice received & paid rs.10, 000 four months ago, then as advised by kwa meter changed and changed rs.4000, also paid.

                    I would like to request your good selves to provide the reason and advise how to stop re-occurrence and refund the additional money paid.

                      I, baiju velayudhan, residing at mannar tazham, pullut post, kodungallur, thrissur-680663, wants to inform that all residents of mannar tazham are getting water supply from narayan mangalam kwa only after seven to eight days interval that too at a slow pace. We are the residents of salt water coastline areas fully dependent on tap water from kwa. I don't understand how can we store water for these long days with limited storage facilities for daily consumption and domestic use. I have already made complaint to kwa. Kerala.gov.in on 11/01/2018 with complaint no. Kwa/215/oc and the matter though referred to irinjalakuda for resolution, still there is no response and the complaint is not appearing in consumer forum. Hope the said matter will be considered in top priority and resolved by the department at the earliest. Also, kindly make sure to facilitate digital payment at zero cost like kseb and other utilities payments in our areas as we are spending long time in queue for bill payment as well.

                            I wished to pay my bills online and for the purpose got myself registered on your website. But i had to abort the payment which i intended to make 3 weeks in advance of the due date as the amount to be paid online was shown rs.11.80 in excess, being surcharge and gst.
                            Goi, on the one side says for all payments upto rs. 2000, mdr will be borne by govt. To promote digital transactions. Kseb collects only the exact bill amount online. But kwa wants its consumers to pay through their noses if they opt for e-payments. No wonder, consumers opting for e-payments in your case are few. Kwa doesn't deserve to collect bills hassle free and in time, i believe.
                            I wrote to you only as a responsible citizen knowing fully well that it is foolhardy to expect a positive response. But then someone ought to tell you as to how your customers feel!

                              Im writing this complaint to notify kwa about the lack of regular water supply to some parts of north eroor, especially around kozhivettumveli region, cochin. Since last 3 weeks we have not received water supply at all. It is a thickly populated area and the people are facing serious difficulties because of this. Please check into the matter. There is no trouble in water supply in the nearby regions like vennala and thripunithara.

                                I used to pay advance payment for 12 months over counter which was valid upto november 2017. As online bill payment facility is now available in kwa, i wanted to make advance payment for one year (I. E. For 2018) but, i am able to pay only the bill for the current period only-otherwise, i could not locate any advance payment option in the site.

                                I have a home water connection under changanacherry sub division. The meter for the water connection was physically installed at our house on march 11, 2017. I have received my first bill for an amount of rs 2585. The total water consumption till december 4, 2017 is 22 kl.. On contacting the kwa authority i was told that as per their records, i have been given a pipe connection on april 27, 2013, and the bill has been generated since then. Please help. Thank you.
                                This is to remind you reg the complaint filed by me earlier last week. No actions are taken and drinking water is wasted on road.

                                  I am staying at thudali in aryancode panchayat under parassala section. For last one year we are getting water only on saturdays and sundays, that too for 3-4 hrs. We have submitted a complaint to the section office 3 months ago. They have not improved the service or even responded. We haven't got water since last sunday. Kindly do the needful.
                                  Kind attention concerned authority, I cannot access the bill to make payment on line, even after 10 days of receipt of spot bill. My consumer ID [protected], bill date 08/12/17, amount- Rs-48. Please rectify as early as possible.

                                      We are not getting line water regularly from past 6 months. There was heavy shortage of water. We are suffering. Please do the needful.

                                      And also from last 3 days not a single drop of water was available in pipe and what we need to do to get water?

                                      We have been complaining daily and no response from water authority.

                                      Other residents are getting regular water supply without any problem.
