Iam ka george from pathanamthitta, sathoshkavala, 9th colony, sir am informing to that we have public water connection over hear. But many days we didn't get water. We don't have other water resources. We are in hill side. Some people are using this water conction for private use. They illegaly make extra pipe from the same public connction. That's why power of the water is very low. Remaing house are in trouble. Sir please check this area. Please do the need full. Am aged man. So we want a water resource. We have public pipe connection. Today also water came. But those people are put the pipe in that public pipe and stored in pot and vessel. Very large quanty of water wasting in that area. We already complain to them. They never hear our words. Sir please do the need fulll

It is to bring to your notice that my consumer id [protected] consumer number pkd/13080/d bill id number 30863525 and bill date [protected] displaying a bill amount : rs. 10004 /- where i have got rs 70 /- in my original bill submitted to my tenant address. Last month it was fine but this time it is showing excess amount please update to the original amount as early as possible so that i can pay online.

2. I personally reported recurring leakage on road due lackadaisical repair. Work completed after repair twice and in bargain cut water connection to my residence w/o informing due leakage, in the junction point.
3. No water supply from 22nov till date.
4. Logically the supply upto the meter is the responsibility of supplier. When called the supervisor informed that it is the customers responsibility to get repairs done to restore supply.
5. I am a war disabled with 100% disability and the least the supervisor could have done was to inform and get repairs done at my cost, rather than blocking supply totally with impunity.

I have received a water bill of rs 12112/- dt 13 nov 2017 from kwa water supply section of thrikkakkara.

The details shown in the bill are as under:-

(A) consumer no : tkk/1786/d domestic

(C) meter no : 39408
(D) bill no 30809890 dt 13 nov 2017
(E) reading : d/c
(F) consumer id : [protected].
(G) name : agarwal rc

It was to my surprise, that the bill in the name of mr agarwal (The previous owner) who left in 1997 and the water connection then disconnected has been generated now and presented where the reading status in the bill itself is showing as disconnected.

In this connection it is intimated that there is no such water connection existing for the past 20 years and the bill has been generated erroneously.

In view of the above it is requested that the bill may be cancelled and a confirmation to the effect may be communicated to the under mentioned address.

From the month of september 2017 onwards water leakage found in nellimoodu marappalam road (Near kanjiramkulam). We have given complaints to the authorities but they didnot do any action. Because of this water leakage daily lot of water wasing. Actually this area considered as wter scarcity region. Sir please do necessary action. My consumer number :kt7/727/d

I paid my water bill for kerala water authority, on line, on[protected].
(Consumer id : [protected])
However the transaction failed ; but the money was deducted from my bank account.
Kindly arrange to refund the amount to my bank account.
The transaction was effected on 10th november 2017 and the money has not been credited to my bank account yet.
The total bill amount is rs 99/-

Cinsumer id: [protected]; meter no:sj 10836 consumer number: ch2/1193/d.

As per bill number 30638600, the meter reading shown in the bill was 1100, but previous meter reading not shown. The meter reading as on 19/9/2017 was 1098 and previous reading as on 19/7/2017 shown in the bill[protected] was 1197. This clearly shows the incorrect entry. Further an amount of rs 254 due to us as shown in bill 27784828 as on 19/7/2017 was not deducted in the subsequent bill given to us on 19/9/2017 and 9/11/2017. Please take necessary action to rectify the error in the bill and supply us the corrected bill as soon as possible.
Please note that the water consumption in this household is very limited and the meter reading will be minimal. Hope the kwa will take prudent action asap on this complaint. Thank you

I am filing complaint on behalf of all residents of punnapra south panchayath, alappuzha. As there is no water supply for last 4 days and many on enquiring were told that it will come by evening. But 4 days have passed and still no water. There have been rumours about some pipeline damage and leak. But when i contacted customer care, they were unaware of such a problem. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

Sir, iam a resident of kozhikode kerala. We are getting water on 3 days basis at this rainy time. Its not because of lack of water or any technical issue but just because of the employees working there with. Complaint many time no use at all. Complaint wih toll free number on website also no use at all. Kindly do the needful to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Consumer no:mrt/1955/n non demestic. We are govt technical hs at marutharoad panchayath, palakkad. On most days water is not getting. The matter is informing ae each time but the problem is not getting resolved. The mid-day noon meal programme is depending water from water authority and hence the water scarcity raising hot issues in this. Also, even if water is not getting, our meter is running and bills are issued for huge amounts. Main issue is the shortage in water.

Reference to my consumer id [protected] and consumer no. Tma/19849/0 (Meter no. 1406147), i received bill no. 29494474 amounted rs. 5020 dated september 09, 2017.

Please note that the bill received for an exorbitant amount of rs. 5, 020/- without any additional /extra water consumption. Our normal bills received are for the amount between rs. 300 to rs. 500/-. On checking it is revealed that, water meter is running in normal condition and bill is not as per the meter readings and accordingly a complaint registered with kwa, ptp nagar.

They reported these are arrear amounts and you need to pay the full amount.

This is to bring to your notice that there is not such arrears we have to pay since we paid all the bills on time as per the bill. Our normal bill is in between rs. 300 and rs. 500 and our neighbours bills are also below rs. 500/- for the past 3 years. The above submitted bill is not as per our meter readings.

In view of above, kindly examine the issue and take necessary action to wave the amount as per our normal usage.

In moottolikandy road (The cross road between red cross road and p. T. Usha road) one of the kwa line is broken and water is leaking through this in huge quantity.in this road there was a old house which was demolished a few years ago and the land is now with krs (Kerala roadways). I think the connection to this demolished house is broken some where about 10 meters from the road. From this plot the water is coming to the adjoining plot (Where the betterhalf beauty parlour, hue designers etc are working) and to the moottolikandy road causing much difficulty and discomfort to the public and also great loss of drinking water.
Please do the needful to stop this national wastage as immediately as possible. I have complained this to your officers over phone but no action is seems to have taken by them.

I received s bill for ₹347/ a few weeks back from the meter reeader. Ever since i eas trying to pay the bill on line. I was notbable to pay as ", your billill be posted in a few days" message was displayed. Today at the kwa counter in sd 2 i was told i could not pay as the meter reading is not entered. I had to pay an amount of, ₹352/ with fine ₹5/ as the due date was 19, th oct. Kindly let me know why i should pay a fine for your staff notbentering the reading in time. My mob no is [protected]. My water connection was disconnected before one week without giving any information to me. The reason for disconnection told by assistant engineer and one unofficial person is that "the leakage on main road pipe".
Please do necessary steps for getting water at the earliest.

I am an aged retired employee of kerala governement services, residing at mannoor near perumbavoor along with my handicapped sister, with water authority consumer no. Mno/138/d. For the last one month the residents in the locality including myself are not getting drinking water. The complaint has been registered telephonically. Till now the issue has not been sorted out.

Kindly look into the matter sympathetically.

I am residing at navaneetham, klra 44a, kukkiliya lane, jagathy, trivandrum:695 014.. This road is the one which goes from dpi junction to gandhi nagar and cotton hill road with govt. V hss school for deaf and dumb and amrita tv and several residences.

During the last one month, drainage water from the above school and other residences on the main road has been entering my compound through the drainage line, comes out through the manhole in my premises, flows through my compound, then flows out into the road past several houses in my neighbourhood. The smell of this water and the tremendous health hazards the sewage is causing to my family and the other residences is awful.
Repeated complaints have been lodged through phone to the office of the assistant engineer, drainage/kwa, pippinmoodu, sasthamangalam by me, the resident's association people of kukkiliya lane resident's association (Klra) and the local councillor of tvm corporation as our area is coming under their control. After several calls, workers who just clean the blocked drain and manhole on the road come and the block eases temporarily for half a day or so. The block and the overflow recurrs within a day. These workers have now started hesitating to attend to the complaints as they have found the reason is due to damaged drainage pipes in the road and the manhole which gets filled up with dirt and soil causing the block.

This matter has been brought ot the notice of the above office several times through phone (Almost thrice daily) personal visits by muself, councillor and representatives of our klra. Written complaints also have been lodged by klra and myself to the ae explaining the difficult situation and the urgent need to repair /replace the pipes /manhole and find a permannet solution. However no action is being initiated by that office. Matter was also referred to higher ups like exe, engineer at jalabhavan, vellayambalam, and pattoor.. No steps are being taken and our problem is getting magnifies with serious health threats. They keep saying when reminded that they have other urgent matters to solve clearly indicating that this problem of ours is not urgent for them.

I hereby humbly request you to kindly issue orders to the concerned to urgently repair the damaged pipes and manhole in kukkiliya lane and stop the flow of sewage through my house compound and the road.

Hope you will realise the seriousness and order immediate steps.

Due to broken pipes and manhole, sewage water from other houses have been coming out through the manhole inside the compound of klra 44a of kukkillaya lane, jagathy, trivandrum. This water then flows down on the road causing more agony with smell and health threat to 7 more houses.

Office of the ae, drainage, kwa, pippinmoodu, sasthamangalam, trivandrum is not acting on repeated complaints in this regard despite the fact that it is almost a month since this problem is persisting.

Water leakage is seeing since months, after complaintsthe contractor comes and do some thing, but still it is horrible, i cant function my engg work shop b coz of the accumulation of water,
7th sept 2017 i made a complaint through madhyamam news paper in 4th page but no querries came yet.

A pipe has broken near valiavalappu kavu, kannur and water has been running on the road continuously for the past two days. Despite complaining on number [protected] no action has been taken till now. Please repair the pipe as soon as possible since water is leaking now also. This is the third day that water is being wasted. The pipe has broken under the road. Please do something at the earliest.

2. The bill was handed over on 08 aug17, but it is yet to be entered in the computer to enable on line payment.
3. Every time one is required to ring up[protected], to get it entered to make payment. Most of the time no calls can be made to this # as it remains off road/engaged.
4. You are requested to kindly look into this so that services are efficient.
