Sir My home situates by the side of State High-way [Trivandrum Chenkottah State Highway]. very near to Karakulam Keltron Junction. It situates in between the Water Authority main pipeline {Pipe lines _ 3 of it passes just upside my home]. I did noticed a permanent water leakage, through the basement of my home; since 3 weeks. I've informed the matter to the concerned officer [supposed to be]; and till now nobody have mind it ; I assume. I did informed this matter with details to Mob Number [protected] [ supposed to be the officer in charge to such matters]. No response from anybody; till now from this office. I have a fear that any of the three main pipelines have the fault {Leakage}. If so, the life of my family is in danger. What should I do next? Inform to all media with video shots of the leakage? Despite of repeated complaints given to the Water Authority, including a complaint given to Sutharya Keralam, no actions were taken, except the irregular supply of water in the months of February and March 2014. The Chief Engineer Kerala Water Authority Thiruvananthapuram Sir This is to bring to your kind notice the difficulty being faced by the residents in part of the Brahmins' colony, Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram (under AEE, Kowdiar) The houses located in the low lying part of the colony were not facing any problem in water supply until November 2013. We have noticed that the authority under the Office of the AEE Kowdiar has undertaken some works nearby in November 2014 and thereafter we suffered acute low water pressure and thereby difficulty in pumping water to the storage tanks of our houses. Subsequent to the recent maintenance works in Trivandrum, the problem is further aggravated and now there is acute shortage of water supply in our houses. The problem is so severe as the houses in the low lying belt have no other water sources. We have submitted a complaint to the AEE, Kowdiar on 08.05.2014. An overseer from the Office of the AE has visited us and confirmed that there is insufficient water pressure. However, no further action is initiated thereafter to solve the problem. We may request your kind intervention to give necessary direction to the field officials to attend this issue urgently and ensure water supply to our houses. Sir, We are residing at chengalam vayanasala (sides of kottayam kumarakom Road). For the last two years we are living with out water supply through water authority, that time when we enquired, it was due to some leakage of pipes .With out correcting the issue they blocked the water supply. And recently they repaired that issue and we are getting water for last few days . But now what they are doing is there was two taps at ambakkuzhy junction one is for giving water towards the east direction and other for the west direction . that was now operated by one of the retired employee, he used to close the west direction tap always .we are not getting water . As per our enquiry we were able to know that for them only they blocked the water supply for 2 years . Now they are blocking our supply like this .Please do needful to resolve this issue . iternal injuries with a fractured finger by your contracted employee K.K Raghu. when i started to unload the food
materials for the pet animals from a Truck, a case yesterday already has been
filed

Since he is working in Water Authority
of India as a contracted labour at his duty time on several occations without
any Labour union Card he is interfering our loading and unloading works.

Yesterday at 4 pm when i started
to unload the pet items bags from the
Truck he pushed me and kicked on my
abdomen and he slapped on my face, and
with iron rod he broken my thump
finger earlier times also he was acted as a disturbing element to our union

Mr. K.K Raghu, who has already
more than 5 no of cases in changacherry police station, even we can submit more
than 50 womens complaints with signature
who stay in thuruthy they are fed up
with his womanising habbit + showing his private parts to nearby girls and
womens in the nearby area for your kind

proper union card how can he can do the labour duties

SIR,
We have the water connection for last 15 years my consumer no is :KLM 608.For the last 10 days we are not getting water.As per that we conduct the area water authority contractor .Next day he come and check the water line and said some block is there in the boring point and he asked me to lo gin a complaint in water authority.So respected sir pal's take necessary action to solve our issue.Sie we are suffering a lot without water .So please take proper action immediately

Water Supply in Vadasserikkara, Panchayat, (Ranni-Taluk), ward no. 6. consumer no.354 and around area has been stopped since two weeks and continues complaints made to the Water authority office at Vadasserikkara, but still it is not restored. The Pump operator says, he is working 24 hrs and water is pumping. Valve Operator says, he is opening the valve twice in a week to the said area and there will be some fault in Pipe line. Now who will repair the leakage or Air problems? Plumber is not seen in this area.. Now whom we will have to complain??

Water not coming in daytime and force is very low in night The problem started One month back.So water tanks are not fully loaded and We are facing water scarcity . Kindly do needful to solve the problem.

Sir, I am native of palakkad, kerala, but temporarily residing at banglore for work purposes. The drinking water in my present residence at banglore has some whitish powder like deposits. So, I decided to test that water, for which I had come to test in palakkad. But these people sitting the lab are ignorant and reluctant to test the water. Sir, I dont know why are they doing so. This is drinking water and I would like to know if its harmful for use, but the Govt. water authority is not helping. They say they have too much of workload so cant test water of banglore. On the previous day of Pongala,mysteriously a pipe broke at 3 points...and the government promised to get it repaired within 20 hours..but now it has been more than 50 hours and we still don't have water in the anayara area..I'm sure you will have done whats necessary to get water at your place...but try to understand the plight of other people...try to do something useful as soon as possible..if at all you still have some dedication to your work...I'm at wits end when I'm submitting this complaint due to lack of water...the least you could do is provide water to the areas where the taps have not yet started working..!!!

water wasted on road! Kerala Water Authority ( JICA ) (Cherthala) connected pipe to Areeparambu - kanichukulangara root. works well. But kwa pipe was broken and very much pure water flow on the road! so workers came and closed the vale, jica contractors and workers came next day and find out, the pblm is with the KWA Pipe, and they informed this on Jan 2nd 2013. but till this time KWA not noticed that and came here, some times they are on STRIKE (to whom now ?)

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of (KTL 264) Kerala Water Authority since 1997. I have been paying the bills without water since 1997. So far I received297 units of water. Two weeks ago I met the Executive Engineer of Kerala Water Authority Office at Thiruvalla and informed the case to him. On the spot the Executive Engineer called someone at the Mallapally office and informed them to look into the matter.

Second day, someone from the Mallapally office met me at my home and informed me that your current connection is no more usable,which is blocked with mud and dust. I need to alter the connection in my expenses.

Next day morning I met with the officials at the Mallapally office and completed all the formalities and did the alternation by paying the expenses from my part.

Unfortunately, after all these pains I didn't get a drop of water as of now.

I have been calling the Water Authority office at Mallapally without any use. Every day they have new stories, last story was the main pipe line was broken,which is under repair by contractor.

I would be extremely grateful, if you could kindly sort out the issue.

We are not getting water for past five days from water authority.When we call the concern people they simply said like today night they will provide.For domestic purpose we don't have enough water only.five days not providing water for domestic purpose is something pathetic.When we call second time in water authority they just cut the call.I am providing the details of water authority which we belong.

Dear sir,
I am staying in Trivandrum, Kerala, (Pulimoodu Junction, Near GPO, TC-25/3618). The residents here have been facing problems with the irregular water supply for so many years. We have made a compliant to Assistant Engineer of water authority, Trivandrum who deals with this area. Some people have visited the place after long follow ups but they are of the opinion that there is some pumping issue since our place is in high altitude and we are still forced to adjust with the irregular water supply. The another funny thing to be noted is the pumping issue is faced by the water authority in specific times that is everyday between 7am to 10pm we will have to compromise our daily routines. This timings may vary sometimes we have to wait till 2pm the next day for the supply.The supply of water is not uniform in all houses in the same area. Sometimes if neighbors get the supply we may not and vice versa. Kindly look into the matter seriously and take appropriate actions. We also need transparency for this issue. The people of pulimood resident association is really fed up by following up this. So we expect a trustworthy solution for this burning issue.
