But kwa pipe was broken and very much pure water flow on the road! so workers came and closed the vale, jica contractors and workers came next day and find out, the pblm is with the KWA Pipe, and they informed this on Jan 2nd 2013. but till this time KWA not noticed that and came here, some times...

I am a consumer of (KTL 264) Kerala Water Authority since 1997. I have been paying the bills without water since 1997. So far I received297 units of water. Two weeks ago I met the Executive Engineer of Kerala Water Authority Office at Thiruvalla and informed the case to him. On the spot the Executive Engineer called someone at the Mallapally office and informed them to look into the matter.
