Dear team,

My house is in Olanad, Alangad Panchayat. My water consumption is showing 5300 Litre which is utter rubbish and I tried to reach out to KWA office Paravur with a written complaint to AE, we where denied.

Any one who lives and works in Olanad knows that the water comes only once in every two days. My Water Tank is 750 Litre. If I use full tank water everyday the consumption for 60 days will be 45000 Litre. Since water comes in alternative days, the maximum my family can use 22500Litres. So instead of putting the consumer in difficult position please resolve the issue.

(Note: I have been complaining since last 2 months but no action is taken)

    ഞാൻ[protected]ൽ എടത്വ ഓഫീസിൽ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു, ആയതുസംബന്ധിച്ച റെവന്യൂ അദാലത്തിലേക് എടത്വയിൽ നിന്നും ടോക്കൺ നമ്പർ 117 ആയി സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷക്ക് നാളിതുവരെ യാതൊരുനടപടിയും സ്വീകരിക്കാത്തതിനാൽ[protected]ൽ വീണ്ടും അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചെങ്കിലും ഇന്നേ തിയതിവരെ യാതൊരുനടപടിയും സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്തതും എന്നാൽ[protected]ൽ വീണ്ടും 82363124 നമ്പറായി ബില്ലിൽ 16858/- രൂപയായി നല്കിയിട്ടുള്ളതും. ടി പരാതി സംബന്ധിച് സത്വര നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കണമെന്നും, ബില്ലിന്മേലുള്ള തുക കുറവുചെയ്‌യുന്നതിനു വേണ്ട ഉത്തരവ് ഉണ്ടാകണമെന്ന് താഴ്മയായി അപേക്ഷിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

      This billing cycle we received a bill of Rs 2, 702.00, which is an error. For the past several billing cycles, our bill for consumption has not gone beyond Rs 500. KWA could review the bills, for any number of cycles, to establish the error or abnormality in this billing cycle. Based on the pattern of consumption and especially for this billing cycle, I am requesting to review the bill amount.

        My water charges for March 2021 was Rs.379 as per bill no 72747055 dated 06/03/2021.But it is shown as Rs.975/ in ihe online paynent portal.Please correct it as per the bill.

          It’s been 7 months that I have applied for the water connection at my home but the person took money from me and still haven’t come and started the connection work here. Everytime we call him he gives excuses of some or the other. Our neighbours applied for the connection after us and they got the water connection but still for us it’s pending.

            I am a resident of Surya Nagar Marappalam Road Pattom Trivandrum.
            Consumer 8166
            For the last several weeks we are not getting water from morning 8 to evening 8 o'clock and after that with reduced pressure.
            Earlier the overhead tank got some water during night. Now tank is also empty.
            Our input line is 3 inch pvc. We suspect something in the main line.
            Please attend to it.

                          Im residing at KKGRA-4, Indhra nagar, peroorkada. I started residing in the above mentioned address from last two moths. From the month of April 2021 to june 2021, the house is closed and water reading was not taken. Previously the bill is settled on 30/03/2021(Recipt No :BD1671767) without any dues.

                          The meter reading details are as follows,

                          07/04/2021 - reading not taken
                          07/06/2021 - reading not taken
                          06/08/[protected]KL

                          So totally 73KL is only used from 09/02/2021 to 06/08/2021. But the bill amount came as Rs41, 844.00 which is too high for the amount of water consumed.

                          Kindly rectify the issue and send the corrected water bill.

                            This is regarding the water bill due for payment on line. My water meter reading was taken on 13th August 2021 and issued me the bill on spot. After 4 days I used to try for payment and regret to inform you that a message is coming stating that “Reading taken by meter reader is not posted in the account of consumer [protected]. Consumer has to wait 4 days after the reading has been taken.
                            It is noticed that the bill issued on 13 th and today 26th already 13 days passed. So please look into this matter and do the needful. As I am a senior citizen it is not advisable to reach your office for cash payment.
                            Hope you will resolve the issue at the earliest to make the facility to pay the bill online.

                                There is no water supply in 5the ward in edathuruthy panchayat since one week. As far as my knowledge there is a severe leak in the supply line. Please rectify the leak and restart the water supply.

                                  No water in aaramkallu area behind mudhisasthamkode temple over 7 days. As per AE they opened water in our area from yesterday. But there is no sign of water till now at 2 am we are waiting. If this is a wrong information given by AE please take necessary action as this is not the first time we are having issues with this water authority. We cannot survive without water over 7 days.

                                      ഞാൻ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലയിലെ തൈയ്‌ക്കാട്‌ വില്ലേജിൽ വലിയശാല വാർഡിൽ മൈലാടിക്കടവ് പ്രദേശത്ത് താമസിക്കുന്നു. ഈ പ്രദേശത്ത് വർഷങ്ങളായി കുടിവെള്ള പ്രശ്‌നം നേരിടുകയാണ് (2016 മുതൽ).

                                      ഏതാനും മാസങ്ങൾക്കു മുൻപും ഇതെ കാര്യത്തെ അറിയിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് നിവേദനം നൽകിയിരുന്നു. എന്നിട്ടും ഇതുവരെ ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രശ്‌നം പൂർണമായി പരിഹരിച്ചു തരാൻഒരു മേലുദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും തയ്യാറാകുന്നില്ല.

                                      പുതിയ പൈപ്പ് ലൈൻ സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി തിരുവനന്തപുരം കോർപറേഷനിൽ നിന്ന് ഭരണാനുമതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ട് കൂടി ആരും ഇ വഴി തിരിഞ്ഞു നോക്കുന്നില്ല. (തൈക്കാട് നിന്നും വലിയശാലയിലേക്കു പോകുന്ന 2൦൦ എംഎം കാസ്റ്റ് അയൺ പൈപ്പിൽ നിന്നും പുതിയ ലൈൻ സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഭരണാനുമതി.)

                                      12amനും 6amനും ഇടയിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ താത്കാലിക ആശ്വാസ മേന്നേനെ വെള്ളം വിടുന്നുണ്ട്. അതും വളരെ നേരിയതോതിൽ ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ വീടുകളിൽ വെള്ളം പിടിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ളിലോട്ടുള്ള വീടുകളിൽ വെള്ളത്തിന്റെ വേഗത വളരെ കുറവായിരിക്കും. ഈ പ്രതിഭാസം അർഥരാത്രിയിൽ എന്നുകൂടെ ഓർമിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളട്ടെ. എന്നാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങൾക്കും ഒരു പരിഹാരം ഉണ്ടാകുക. ഇനി എന്താണ് ഞങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് .ഇപ്പോൾ 12amനും 6amവരെ വെള്ളം വരുകയുള്ളു. പകൽ വെള്ളം വന്നിട്ട് വർഷങ്ങളാകുന്നു. ഞങ്ങൾക്കും സാധാരണക്കാരെ പോലെ ജീവിക്കണ്ടെ.. ഇതിനൊപ്പം തന്നെ ഈ പ്രദേശത്തെ ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് (പ്രായമായവർ, ഒന്നിലധികം അസുഖങ്ങൾ ഉള്ളവർ) ഉറക്കമില്ലായ്‌മ കാരണം പല പല അസുഖങ്ങളും, ഞങ്ങളും മനുഷ്യരല്ലെ, ഞങ്ങൾക്കും ശരാശരി 8 മണിക്കൂർ കിട്ടേണ്ട ഉറക്കം പോലും ഇല്ലാതെ കുടിവെള്ളം പോലും സമയത്തിന് കിട്ടാതെ നഗരത്തിന്റെ ഹൃദയഭാഗത്ത്‌ താമസിക്കുന്ന ഞങ്ങൾക്കാണ് ഈ ദാരുണാവസ്ഥ.

                                      ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് നൽകിയ പരാതിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ (കേരള വാട്ടർ അതോറിറ്റി) വെള്ളയമ്പലം. മറുപടി നൽകിയിരുന്നു അത് ഞാൻ ഇതിനോടൊപ്പം ചേർക്കുന്നു. ദയവായി പരിശോധിക്കുക.

                                      ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രശനത്തിന് പരിഹാരമുണ്ടാക്കി തരുമാറാകണം എന്ന് താഴ്മയായി അപേക്ഷിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു
