നമ്പറിലെ ഉപഭോക്താവാണ് '
എൻ്റെ പേരിൽ കൺസ്യൂമർ നമ്പർ KDV/1726/D എന്ന ഒരു അക്കൗണ്ട് കൂടിയുണ്ട് എന്നും 945 രൂപ കുടിശ്ശികയുണ്ട് അടച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ റവന്യൂ റിക്കവറി നടപടിയുണ്ടാകുമെന്നും സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു
ഇത്തരത്തിൽ ഒരു കണക്ഷൻ ഉള്ള താ യി മുൻപും അറിയിപ്പുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. തുടർന്ന് കുന്ദംകുളം ഓഫീസിൽ പലതവണ പോയി വിവരം പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു . അവിടെയുള്ള ലഡ്ജറിൽ നിന്നും രണ്ടു കൊല്ലം മുമ്പുതന്നെ ഞാനുമായി ബന്ധ മില്ലാത്ത ഈ നമ്പർ നീക്കം ചെയ്തതായും അവിടത്തെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു
ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ അനാസ്ഥ മൂലം ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ഇത്തരം പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഉപഭോക്താവിൻ്റെ തലയിൽ വയ്ക്കുന്നത് പ്രതിഷേധാർഹമാണ്
ദയവു ചെയ്ത് ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ ശ്വാശ്വതമായ ഒരു പരിഹാരം കാണണമെന്ന് വിനീത മാ യി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു

      Hello team,

      It's been more than 2 weeks that we got corporation water at our place. I contacted the Water Authority contact number ([protected]) from 1-December-2021 till today (10-December-2021) & every day I get a response that "there is a water leakage & it will be fixed today", but no action is taken. The previous complaint that was raised is still in "unattended status". Docket no: 307672. The overseer did contact me who assured me that the issue will be resolved by 9-November-2021 evening which did not happen either. When I called today (10-December-2021) morning, I got the same response that there is a leakage issue, the work is going on & it will be resolved today itself. This "today" never comes & the water leakage issue is never resolved. How do you expect a household to run which does not have a water well & is dependent on corporation water?

        The leakage is spoiling the road in addition to wastage of water.

            Drinking water shortage intensifies along Nedumangad and Valikode routes. It is always a situation where you have to call the authorities. It is said that water is pumped twice a week. Doing this 3 times is a big help.Complete drinking water repairs as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the delay taken for this will aggravate the drinking water shortage.
            Nedumangad > Vaalicode > Koppam route.

              Reg UPW 11174/N Consumer number [protected]. My Father has a building that was rented out for SNDP office. They moved out in, 2014. My Father realized there were some arrears created by his renters which he cleared and disconnected the connection. Water has not been used since then. Last week it came to my notice that the bill amount is almost 1 lakh. I don't understand how KWA can bill for a disconnected account. Please do the needful for fixing the issue. My father is aged, had a stroke and is unable to come to the office. If he knows about this bill it might give him another stroke!

                KWA Bill No.74832399 dated 22/04/2021, 77232315 dated 24/06/2021 and the latest being bill dated 28.10.2021 for Rs, 764/-Consumer No. KDN/5910/D claiming an additional charge of Rs.610/- The water chares were remitted regularly without any arrears/dues. However, in April 2021, there was a sudden claim of Rs.556/- towards arrears and the tenants were vacated the occupancy and left the house prior to the date of raising the bill. Our enquiry reveals that the meter reading and the claim was approximate during the previous months hence the tenants convinced me that there is no dues to KWA and they left the occupancy. Their present address is not revealed to me to approach them for payments. Our sincere efforts to trace them has become in-vain. If I am asked to remit the present claim, It will be a hit on my belly for no fault of me. Enquiry with the engineer in charge of the section, at Peroorkada conveyed me that the meter was not recording any reading and may be faulty one. To my surprise, there was subsequent readings and regular bills were raised and payments were made. This may be due to irregular reading/no reading of the consumption at periodical intervals. If there was proper/regular timely reading, such burden would not have been raised on me. Sir, now that the tenant's were left and there is no trace of them, this claim is pointing on me and I have limited source to raise any positive funds to cover the demand. It would be ideal to have a solace, be king enough to waive the arrears claim of Rs.610/- Plus penal interests charged thereafter as a very special case and allow me to remit the current consumed charges and oblige. Kindly make a note to avoid such recurrences to make us comfortable in future and be consumer friendly.

                  My consumer number is VAZ/10905/D.For the past 3 months availability of water had been becoming less and less. From last week onwards I get no water even during the night. My plumber has asked me to request for an alteration of my connection.Kindly do the needful at your earliest

                      I have submit the complaints regarding the same matter since 6 months ago. Even the property sold out since 7 years water billing is still recieving in my address. In kerala- Thrissur-Mathilakam water Authority i have submitted all documents and for ownership change still they didnt wake up. Consumer NO KIP/2684/D the current actual Owner name is Mr Shahul Hameed. Still the billing comes in my name. No idea when they will wake up.

                      Its surprised how this people marked complaint resolved. There as no action from mathilakam water authority. Still the connection going in my name. i have submitted the request for changing ownership when the billig amount is zero. Now their overdue amount raised to 27000 INR. Due to negligence and irresponsiblity of water authority bills are still coming in my address. 9961172766 Consumer No KIP2684D

                          Dear team,

                          My house is in Olanad, Alangad Panchayat. My water consumption is showing 5300 Litre which is utter rubbish and I tried to reach out to KWA office Paravur with a written complaint to AE, we where denied.

                          Any one who lives and works in Olanad knows that the water comes only once in every two days. My Water Tank is 750 Litre. If I use full tank water everyday the consumption for 60 days will be 45000 Litre. Since water comes in alternative days, the maximum my family can use 22500Litres. So instead of putting the consumer in difficult position please resolve the issue.

                          (Note: I have been complaining since last 2 months but no action is taken)

                                My water charges for March 2021 was Rs.379 as per bill no 72747055 dated 06/03/2021.But it is shown as Rs.975/ in ihe online paynent portal.Please correct it as per the bill.

                                  It’s been 7 months that I have applied for the water connection at my home but the person took money from me and still haven’t come and started the connection work here. Everytime we call him he gives excuses of some or the other. Our neighbours applied for the connection after us and they got the water connection but still for us it’s pending.

                                    I am a resident of Surya Nagar Marappalam Road Pattom Trivandrum.

                                    For the last several weeks we are not getting water from morning 8 to evening 8 o'clock and after that with reduced pressure.
                                    Earlier the overhead tank got some water during night. Now tank is also empty.
                                    Our input line is 3 inch pvc. We suspect something in the main line.
