Sir,
We had registered a complaint regarding the same matter under id no.1273716 dt 26/04/2016. The family connection on the same pipeline got sufficient water, but at the same time we could not get a drop of water from the above mentioned public tap. The water authority varkala office shows a lackadaisical attitude on this matter and they noted unreal reply against our complaint in the complaint register kept at the above office. Our area faces acute shortage of drinking water. In this context we humbly request that order may please be issued to the concerned authorities for solving the issue at the earliest.

for the last two weeks we are not getting water at home.we called kwa office at tripunithura many times for sending a person to check our connection.nobody came till now.they are not responding properly.our area is marad katithara road.kindly solve this problem.consumer num MRD8971/D
