I got phone call on 2nd January they offered me a online job that is captcha entering and they didn't inform that there is a bond agreement and not say that to pay penalty of 7000 rs.Then they filled notary form on their own without my permission and they send me after I started work..please help me and get out off me from this...they send legal notice to me and blackmailed me to pay 7000 + 3500 rs within a week.. (A) In the matter of fact failure, not submitted or succeed company is entitled to receive amount by any cost. If you achieve the accuracy which mentioned above, then Utility charges will be deduct from your work payment and if you fail to achieve accuracy in given timeline, then also you have to pay as a liability which describe above. (B) This charges related to service, development and maintenance cost of the platform where you working online data typing. (c) If you deny paying the said amount then company will take this matter legally & all the legal expenses will be bear by your side, company is not liable for the same.
