Keruas — Wrong Product delivered

I orders dress for Rs. 1398 on the website and they deliver the wrong product . same day i mail them about the goofup with picture but they haven't responded to my emails. Only 1 respond came which was the deliver tracking mail of the wrong product.
i have tried to call on the number mentioned on the website several time but no one picks up.

they are big time cheats.

I have ordered 2 dresses worth rupees 1348 yesterday . I didn't get any message or mail till now. I have mailed and called customer care of keruas but they did give replied or picked up the call. It is cheating .making people fools.
