As per Kesari's mail received they are charging me 50% and refunding my money 50% which is not acceptable. They must refund my amount with interest because our tour visa procedure not at all started. And during this period they must have earned huge amount of interest on deposited amount. Please do not close my complaint till I get my money back with interest. This is totally harassment for me. They do not bother to answer my mails and my complaints. I want justice for my hard earned money immediately. Number of times I made complaint here and without resolution you are closing my complaint.

    We have booked our tour for Kasmir around 1 month before sheduled date.Sheduled date was 6th April. Our Kesari tour number was KF060421. We booked our tour through Borivali office by your manager Ms. Kalpita.
    We had very bad experience through out the tour. As we don't have any tour leader. For each and every situations we have to make all arrangements ourselves. No support from Mumbai office as well as from Kalpita also. Many time your representative don't pickup the phone calls also. We didn't get any thing according to iternary provided by your office.
    At every situations we have to be alert. Starting from collecting our boarding pass upto daily sightseeing. We have to co- ordinate with driver, as the driver provided to us was also new. He was not knowing daily programs also.
    The only thing which was good at tour was a contact person Mr Dawood at Srinagar. He helped us out of the way.
    We have to fight over there for daily mineral water supply also.
    We felt that, we have not came through Keasri Tours, but we only customized our tour.
    It's very much frustrating through out the tour. At Vaishnav Devi also we have to managed everything ourselves. Right from Helicopter booking.
    Specially your representative from Borivali office, Ms Kalpita was also frustating.
    All 4 o[censored]s wasted our money. Never ever expected this type of tour arrangements from Kesari Tour.
    Hence forth, we will never travel and will recommend every one in contact not to travel through Kesari Tours. It's very bad experience. Never expected such worst arrangements from such a well known company.
    I am expecting some reply from your side.

      In spite of several complaints I have not received my money back with interest. When there is no fault of mine how Kesari can apply their Refund Policy on me ? I want refund of Sept 2019 money with interest urgently.

        In spite of giving several complaints through Consumer Complaints, I have not yet received my money (deposited on Sept. 2019) with interest. I want my money back with Interest.

            With reference to our Kailash Manasarovar Yatra booking OK020720/8 for two passengers - Sripriya Rajan and Parthasarathy Kothandan in July 2020.
            Our tour got cancelled due to the pandemic and we received the Credit Shell Certificate dated 12th Sept 2020, with reference no. OK 008205 and the contents there off.
            As you may be aware, we have also gone through lot of hardship with loss of job, income, unplanned medical expenses due to Covid-19 and there by having an economic turmoil in our own family.
            We are surprised to note that Force Majeure clause is being referred. When we were booking for the trip, there was no such clause in the Terms & Conditions stated. Now invoking Force Majeure Clause and holding back Rs. 17, 189/ per person as re-scheduling charges is highly unacceptable.
            In our case, as we booked for 2 pax (I & my husband) for the Kailash Manasarovar trip, the nett. impact is Rs. 34, 378/-.
            Please note the rescheduling charges 57% of the advance amount per pax is extremely high. As Kesari Tours is getting all refunds from the airlines and hotel bookings etc ; they should bear the impact and charge a minimum reasonable amount and not 57% of the booking charge.
            We appreciate the efforts by Kesari Tours Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, to organize the Kailash Manasarovar tour.
            We were constantly coordinating with Mr. Sachin Bora the trip organiser and were assured by him that being regular travelers with Kesari we will not be charged or penalized for such unforseen circumstances. This deduction was never discussed and agreed upon during our discussions.
            Hence please provide the Credit Shell Certificate for the entire amount of Rs. 30, 000/- per pax, for our booking which will be Rs. 60, 000/-.

                We booked tour to Uttaranchal chardham yatra from 24.05.2020.
                Company is not giving any information regarding the rescheduling of tour
                The website doesn't allow user signup and signin
                The call center gives only announcement. After prolonged wait it asks to register name and mobile number after beep but it disconnects immediately
                The website doesn't give details of Senior managers.
                They have sent mail intimating deduction of rescheduling charges without rescheduling.
                When there was no flight why deduction is done
                The emails are not answered. It seems nobody is monitoring emails and performance of call center

                  My parents(Mr. Srikantha Rao M and Mrs. Geetha Rao M) had booked a Bhutan tour with Kesari Tours(Booking reference number: 430670, Tour Code: NZ090520/4) for 9th May-16th May 2020.
                  The booking was done on 23rd Jan 2020 and the total amount paid Rs. 1, 47, 000/.

                  When it became apparent that it would be a health risk to travel during COVID by March, we approached the local Kesari Tours office in Margao, Goa, and asked to cancel our booking.
                  However, we were told that if we cancelled the booking ourselves, there would be a cancellation charge.
                  Instead, since a full lockdown was impending from the Government and all tours would be mandatorily cancelled, we were advised by the local office to wait for the company to send the tour cancellation confirmation in order to avoid cancellation charges.
                  Finally, as expected we got cancellation message from Kesari Tours.
                  However, despite multiple mails to Kesari's email "[protected]@kesari.in" asking for a full refund at the earliest, we received no reply back.

                  Instead of refunding the amount that was paid, we received a mail after 5 months, on 13th September 2020 from Kesari Tours with an attachment of a "Credit Shell" of Rs. 1, 34, 760/ (Rs.13, 000 less than actual trip amount paid) valid until Jan 2022.
                  My parents are senior citizens and given the pandemic, there's no way they'll be going on a trip for the foreseeable future.
                  So, we replied immediately rejecting this reduced "Credit Shell" and asking for a full refund of Rs.1, 47, 000/.

                  Since then we have sent at least 10 e-mails asking for the full refund as well as tried numerous times to contact them over phone, but there's no response.
                  The local office in Margao has been closed since March.

                  A reputed and well off company like Kesari Tours cannot hold onto funds and earn interest from the booking money of hard working middle class citizens for whom this amount is very substantial.

                  We would like the full amount of Rs. 1, 47, 000/ be refunded by Kesari Tours at the earliest.

                  I had booked a group tour with Kesari Tours Pvt. Ltd. from their branch office at Pune on 27.2.20. I booked " Dalhousie Dharmashala Amritsar" tour for period of 10.5.20 to 16.5.20, for three persons and paid full amount of tour cost i.e. Rs.135450/-. ( Booking date- 27.2.20, Tour code - HG 1005PO/4, Departure - 10.5.20 ). As there was uncertainty due to COVID pandemic, I approached to their office at Pune in Mach 20 and asked about confirmation of tour programme. However I didn't get any confirmation.
                  Neither I received any message about reschedule of tour nor any clarification about refund of amount I paid. I sent several messages on Email to Keasri Tours asking refund of my amount but I received no reply. Their offices at Pune are closed. Office contact phones are not working and there is no response to the Emails. I feel that we have been cheated. Please resolve the issue.

                        In 2019 I have paid Tour amount. And since last 8 months I am taking follow up for refund of my money. But Kesari is not at all bothered to refund my amount. They must pay the same with interest immediately. There should be penalty for them for mental harassment of the customer. I am badly in need of money.

                          We had booked our f3 trip for Singapore Malaysia Thailand on December 2019
                          Which was scheduled on 15 th may 2020 ..but as we saw the pandemic situation in the country so we cancelled the trip on 15 Feb 2020 only since then we are approaching for Refund through several mails and calls but they are not responding at all as if we are nobody to them even after taking 2, 35, 000 in advance..and enjoying our hard earned taxpayers money..they have shutdown their offices and telephone lines are also not active
                          So please give us our entire money back with interest otherwise this matter will be treated legally..and refund will be along with legal charges.

                            It has been confirmed that your pune kesari office f c road likely to be closed permanently as i went several times to visit your office. It is going to sell out very soon . Real fact no body knows . Covid -19 it looks not yet over in your branch. Still continuing. No phone or no message to us for further action . All are suddenly vanished ?.
                            I am referring the matter to the ministry of tourism about not giving money back. I am also working in ministry of defence. If money is not received within 8 days.. Matter will be very soon taken up with ministry of tourism..

                            Please give our money back asap or action will be taken on this

                              My parents had booked 'Images of Europe' tour (ID: P7180420/20) through Kesari from 18th April - 20th April'20 in the month of February'20. We had requested the refund for the same in the month of March'20 and had received the email that they will be looking into this matter, since then we are trying to reach out to them through email and booking agent but there is no response from their side.

                                  Iam utterly disappointed and disgruntled with this awful experience of booking my Europe trip (Glimpses of europe with Lake Lugano) with Kesari tours (Tour Reference no.P8280520/8, credit shell A/C No. P8 007267, Issue date September 10, 2020).I being a senior citizen without any source of income had booked
                                  this tour with Kesari and had to dig into my lifelong savings to pay the full amount for this trip.Owing to my old age/medical conditions that does not warrant me for any travel and due to pandemic impact globally i do not wish to put my life at risk and hence do not intend to travel in future for the same.I can see in the credit shell note that you have shared, you have deducted INR 12, 000/- as rescheduling charges which is beyond my understanding and is truly unreasonable for no such services availed whatsoever, its like you are charging for rescheduling the tour done by you.I would hereby like to humbly request you to refund the full amount i.e. INR 1, 73, 250/- back in my account or through cheque at the earliest.I am not interest to have a credit shell as i explained to you above that due to my age and no additional source of income, holiday is not a priority for me anymore. I will await your revert on the same till friday this week, post which i will be marking a copy of this mail to consumer redressal forum, PMO and Ministry of travel and tourism for their intervention considering my plight or maybe visit the Goa CM office @ Altinho, Goa in person if required.

                                    We had booked 2seats for europe trip for my parents in senior citizens trip starting on 9th september. We had got a call informing it would be rescheduled to next year. Since senior citizens are involved we don't want to reschedule this trip and need to cancel it.

                                    We have made full payment of rs 472500.
                                    Now they are not ready to refund nor is there any means of communication with them. They are for forcing my parents to travel next year which may not be possible due to their condition.

                                      Booked Eroupe tour (P8) for my family and paid full advance on 21st Jan 2020. Screenshots of fund transfer are attached.
                                      Kesari confirmed booking vide their letter dated 22/01/2020. Copy of the letter is attached. Tour was to start on 18 June 2020. But looking to COVID advisories requested KESAI to cancel the booking well before their cancellation date policy.
                                      Thereafter half a dozen reminders have been sent but no refund so far.

                                        We have booked for all europe tour on september, 2019. But due to covid-19 my tour was cancelled. I am writing this review in june, 2019 but still there are no updates from their side. All they need is money from their customers/clients. After that they aren't replying to their customers on email / phone calls. They blocked me on twitter & his travel manager blocked me on whatsapp. That's how they deal with their customers. They are frauds and my money around 4l stuck with them. So i am requesting you to do the needful as earliest.
