Complaint against Great Holiday Club

Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to file a complaint against Great Indian Holiday Club for not providing any details or support after the initial contact. Despite paying for their services, we are unable to make bookings or access any promised benefits. Attempts to reach them have failed.
This appears to be a case of fraud, and I request immediate action to either refund the amount or deliver the promised services.

After taking u r membership, , i continuously trying to book with u guys but u never responded.. n it's 3 years now n still waiting for my first booking with u guys, , now i[censored] r not taking my booking than m thinking to go in a consumer court because I had spent my 60000 hard earned money with u

    My name is EKTA MEHTA and I have taken membership ( GO122021A[protected]SH ) from great holidays however we were not provided with any of the facilities as stated while explaining the facilities
    We haven't received our 7across kit. 1.7 years have passed by but I have not received it and wherein we were said that our international holidays will be free in odd years. But when we mail them for our domestic and international one they don’t respond. I have paid 80k and now I don’t want any kind of service but the refund of my amount.
    We were being fraud by your deemed company and we therefore need our full amount which we paid during our membership
    Mr. Mahesh and Ms Zia is very keen in fooling people by their marketing strategies in frauding people and taking their hard earned money as they are not available now whenever we try to reach out to them.

      उनके sales वाले को call करतो बोलता हे मेन job छोड दिया

        I have purchased membership no. GO122019A[protected]BH but I have received no communication regarding customer services booking login and DAE membership card even after more than 3 years of joining. The agents who sold me the membership doesn't pick up the phone. Your toll-free number is also always busy. It is a reminder to send me the login information for booking holidays and also the DAE membership card. I also have a complimentary trip card, which could not be used due to the COVID lockdown as told by your agents. Now the country is open even though the whole world is open still I have received no information from your holiday club. Do give me a call for further processing of the above-discussed matter or refund my money.

          ME and My Wife " PRANALI NIRATKAR " went out for pickic at lonawala where one travel agnecy " Great holiday club campion going on, we have participate in conest as it was free of cost, in that campion they have offer us tour plan on 26/06/2022 and convey that they will give us 2 free booking in Holtel of 2 Days and 3 Nights, but post our visit both the manager and superviosrs are not pickin up call and not respinding, they have dose the transaction of 80000 Rs from myCard for checking the offer eleigibility and now that become a loan as perMy HDFC bank statment .

          as per Great Holiday culb member, i can raise a concelation reuquest and my whole money get refund withing 7 Days but same is not yet happend i have send an cacellation request on immidiatly 2nd that is on 27/06/2022 and send thier registered office " great holiday club survey no 108 corporate office 5 meadow building persalium salcette goa 403708 also email to them on "[protected]@greatholidayclub.com " but no one responding.

          required your support and help to come out from this fraud

          please find the attached cancelation requirest from which was send through registered post and delivered too in thier mentioned registered office

            Purchased a membership through one of their executives in lonavala, at that they promised world class facilities. They promised I will get login credentials to their website where I will be able to avail membership benefits. Have not received login credentials, also when ever ask for a 2 day free trail promised they ask to contact after few days now everything is full. I have 1 lakh rupees, need to cancel and get a refund for it

                I had taken membership with GHC as the time when we were in lonawala some person came and give us scratch coupon they took us to grand Hotel with some marketing where they have promised that this membership will be applicable in complete india destinations but when we were trying to avail the membership at that time we came to know that they have limited places and the tieup with 7 across has extra amount and they dont respond to the emails and call well. They have promised 1 free accommodation from their side but that was also availed after so many escalation and phone calls and the hotel they booked was also not good the hotels suggestions which we gave they did not booked.
                It seems like a fraud company i have not availed any booking i want my refund back ASAP

                  I need refund of the amount I had paid for the membership of Great Holiday Club, they charged me 75000 Rs but no one responds to emails and phones for booking, I never availed any service from them hence I need refund its my hard earned money
                  Try registering a complaint with National consumer form
                  Contact me on [protected]. I am also facing fraud from company.

                    No one is responding to my emails, calls and messages. I had payed yoh 75000 and I am unable to get even a single booking.
                    What sort of company is this? Not everyone can become Club Mahindra, Sterling, Country Club etc. The rules of engagement of these Time Share companies are vicious circle. If you like to demand your money back, I guess you should tell them orally and in written form, and if that is already done and the resolution has not yet reached the conclusion, then I would recommend you to file a complaint of Fraud. If required you can also let us know at Nine Nine Seven one Six Nine Five Triple Four

                      I need my refund i have not taken any services I want my 84000 rs of membership from you people.
                      I had received fake promises on receiving membership of great holiday club by Mr Arif and Ms Nikita. When we spoke to their customer care after receiving the membership card in August 2022 post two months of taking membership their customer care Ms Jane no manners to talk to customer being so rude and telling us we have to pay for each and every service we take there is no free service.While selling the membership Mr Arif and Ms Nikita had told us we will get free service. After listening to the stupid rules I asked team to refund me money because I paid thinking it will be free as I have not use service please refund they refused and they said Arif and Nikita has left because they were giving fake promises to the clients and they are chor. Its their internal matter i want my refund of 84000.

                          We have booked the membership of great holiday club via one of the trap at Lonavla. After paying for money we have not even received login credentials for Portal. They promise lot of things while booking but after booking none of them are given and people not even respond to emails.

                            Not getting any response from Great Holiday club for bookings. I am their member since August 2018 with Membership number DL[protected]RW.

                            I have tried to reach out to them many times in last one year. They never respond.

                            I request Consumer Complaint forum to help me in getting the refund of Rs 50, 000 membership fee as I have not received any services from them.

                                  Dear sir/mam,
                                  This is to inform you that on 27th June The great holidays club team have taken membership without any confirmation from my end & started EMI of Rs 7712/-.They said we will check your eligibility by Swiping your card so I gave my card to them & they swiped for Rs1/- & when I got slip of that which is attached…It’s mention on slip that EMI of Rs7712/- for Rs 85000/- on the spot I asked them to cancel it, bcoz it was not informed that EMI will start by swiping so they promised me that it will cancel within 7 working days & I have taken written letter from them for cancellation which is attached but it’s not cancelled yet & even after chasing for cancellation 1 & half month EMI is debited from my account without my consent
                                  Kindly Look into matter & cancel it I don’t want any services from such a fraud people

                                    We have been approached by great holiday club members in Goa. After their brief and tour around a hotel facility. we have been asked to pay 50000 which was paid. we were informed that we can pay remaining 50000 after 1st stay. However, Chetan their agent is not responding to my msgs and neither is there any reply to my mails from company's official mail. Iam attaching photo of the agent chetan.
