Kesari Tours — No response to my inquiry

I made a formal polite and professional inquiry about a specific trip.
At present it does not exist but Kesari Tours may find it interesting to plan such a trip.
I thought higher ups in that company may be interested and I also expressed my interest in the same.
I also visited an office of Kesari Tours and made inquiry about it.
Sad part is I was not much attended and entertained.

I got a very cold response that too after follow up and higher ups have not even responded to my query.
I requested them to allow me to connect with someone so that I get an update if such a trip would be planned but there's no response.

This is a reflection of lack of customer centricity, lack of commitment and apathy towards customers.
Looks like such a trip won't be profitable affair but why not make it clear.
Silence is a special response that Kesari Tours have given me.
Disappointing!
