Hv booked Nepal tour at borivali branch with Ms. Prachi. I hv query i m calling n did whtapp msg also but ths lady is not picking the mobile n forwarding to landline number which keeps on ringing. No response i[censored]r executive works ths way n in case if emergency who will hlp. Kesari shud appoint professionally understanding customers n responding thm if busy thy can drop msg which is not done. I don't feel nxt time i shud choose kesari for my tours ths type of behaviours is bad for ur company. pl do respond

      The Go first airlines news for filing insolvency petition was in the limelight on 2nd of May 2023 our tour return ticket was for 6th of May 2023 from Srinagar to Mumbai.
      The travel company should have blocked some other airlines immediately for us but it waited till 4th of May when the airline tickets were at sky rocket prises and then asked us to pay the entire new ticket amount to go back to Mumbai on same day as scheduled
      The travel company didn’t give any formal mail or messages regarding the same neither they discounted the ticket prize with their own contribution
      We had to bear 30% more cost for the tour because of this incident.
      For a tour of Kashmir we had to pay almost 1.25 lacs per person

        I had booked a group your for my parents, to Himachal Pradesh, starting from Bangalore on May 1st, giving the full amount.Once my parents got to know of the tour, the very next day, they requested a change of place, as the trave schedule l was a little tedious for them, they felt.So I requested the booking agent for options of destination change.Then she was not reachable for a few days.Later she compels us for cancellation, losing all our money.Absolutely no communication from her end regarding the possibility of getting other options.Nothing at all!Very horrible experience.

          My uncle was supposed to travel by Kesari travels but regret to inform you that due to a recent medical emergency, we are unable to go ahead with the trip as planned. (KG 30 april 00423/4 Mr. Sonal Acharya and Bhanukumar Acharya ) as he is hospitalized and been operated today.

          We have requested them to make necessary arrangements for postponing the trip with no extra charges. We want to travel so we requesting to place us another same trip .We have enclosed the reports of the medical emergency for your reference.

          If they are unable to postpone our trip, we understand and request a refund of the maximum amount possible. But there is no corporation by them it .20days to trip postpone can be done if they can't refund

          Please help us

            This is Ramesh Malkani
            No doubt it was enjoyable time with the group but was tiresome & hectic too when we had to get up very early in the morning for few days @3 am disturbing our daily gen routine & consequently few of our senior citizen friends in the group had suffered lot of health issues while flying back It seems as if we have to complete iternary anyway in short span of time 8 days only
            The tour should have been for 10 days instead of 8 days for real enjoyment without tiresome

              Our kerala trip from[protected] to[protected] was arranged by kesari. Our departure from mumbai to Kochi on[protected] by "GOAIR"= Ridiculous Airlines was quite good and flight was on time. But our return journey is really worst. Please book airline tickets as per customer's convenience and not by your convenience. Because your convenience is our inconvenience. Your scheduling of last day check out timings of hotels and then airlines were worst which doesn't match anyways our hotels check out was 8 hrs before our plane what the person will do 5 hrs. And the main and important thing which is about your tie up with ridiculous airlines please improve your tie ups with better airline company because our flight was at 8pm which is delayed by 3 hrs I am still on airport and not a proper confirmation about timings of the airlines. Airlines had not clear vision of the reason of delay. We are not foolish to pay the full amount to you. The airlines are not ready to provide any single compensation to any of the customers. Kindly provide good service to customers

                Hello,

                I have booked a Amritsar Trip for 10th Nov 2022, its a group tour.. my package included the flight as well. During the booking it was clearly mentioned that 3 senior citizen ( out of which one is 89years) will be on board, however the flight booked was for 4:30am which means we need to reach the airport @2:30am. When questioned Neha and Namita ( Mahim branch) clearly mentioned that they have shared the feedback to the management. is this how you provide client satisfaction.

                Further they called my parents and said they need to arrange for COVID certificate, none of the airports are checking the same.. they why hassle us.

                morever.. Kesari team are in a myth that they are market leaders, hence no value for client.. the attitude is .. you go we get ten more

                  I had with one tour with kesari. dated (8 March 2019), that tour is really incredible, in that best experience.
                  I also booked two tour more.
                  1)Ashtavinayak tour and

                  2) statue o[censored]nity both are booked in (19/01/2020)

                  Due to pandemic situation both are cancelled.
                  And you are issuing credit shell with lots of money deduction which is non acceptable
                  we also suffered a lot in financial issue in pandemic.
                  approx 54559 RS I paid you..
                  Your are only tell you are facing some issue and you deduct the amount but what about our money..if you calculate like this then you have to pay us interest the money of ours..

                  You have not even showing the courtesy to contact the people,
                  And tell them the schedule regarding next tours..or anything regarding tour.

                  It's really very disappointing, I don't know I choose kesari in future or not ??? or suggest to any one or not??

                    ) Right from the day on which helicopter booking started, I called many times to Pune office to enquire about our status of helicopter booking. And the reply was you don't worry, if you have provided all the documents its our responsibility to book helicopter tickets. And finally only two days before the tour we received our helicopter tickets but only one way. On our first day of tour, tour leader Mr Bipin said status of your return tickets will be known by evening and its 99.9%confirm. Finally he gave us return tickets but only for 12 persons, in which one of my friends ticket was not there even though we booked this tour together.
                    There was no transperency in giving information between tour leader and guests.
                    2) And tour manager for any query asked guests to contact sales representative of kesari office.
                    3) While traveling from Neelgrath helipad to Panchatarni, Mr Bipin was not available with guests inside. And I personally struggled for two hours to get our boarding pass done. The ticket of my group was missing there and Mr Bipin was NOT aware of this and also was not having hard/soft copy of it.Only luckily, fortunately I had soft copy on my phone . And I personally struggled for two hours to get our boarding pass done.
                    4) While going to Amarnath cave he insisted that every one should go by palki so that we can return on same day by helicopter. But the story was even though everyone returned back around 3 o'clock. Only 12 members return ticket was there and that day also I was standing in a queue for 3 hours in cold and rain to get boarding passes. And Mr Bipin was not available there his explanation "I'm not allowed to go inside" as his ticket was not there. After struggling for 3 hours helicopter company person assured me that he'll give me boarding passes on next day early morning.
                    When we came out from there, Mr Bipin has arranged dirty ( ghodewala and palkiwalas tents) tents for Rs 700/- per person and six persons in one tent and additionally 100/- rs per person for blanket. No electricity, no toilet nearby, tent was in pathetic condition and tent owner was very arrogant.
                    When we were supposed to pay for this Mr Bipin didn't bothered to ask us about our choice. There were many good tents available. When questioned about this. His explanation was
                    " as kesari had not cleared previous dues, agents are not supportive or not co operative...and that was the reason according to him for all this chaos .
                    5) Next day morning he came to wake up us at 5 o'clock, saying that there is a long queue for helicopter. Again we went there without even brushing teeth, again stayed there in queue fought with other people ( probably agents, coming there to get bulk booking and boarding passes). After struggling there for few hours got our boarding passes, but only for five friends . One of our friend Mrs Varsha Sathe was not even having helicopter booking and Mr Bipin was insisting her to go by palki/horse from Panchatarni to Neelgrath which is a very difficult trek and many guests were aged in the remaining group. But finally they all returned back by helicopter around 10 o'clock.
                    Now my question to Kesari tour company is
                    1)If guests themselves have to do all this, what's the use of going with tour company?. explanation about this from Mr Bipin was"I'm alone no one is there to help me, I don't have enough money and bla bla bla..." If he is not capable of doing his duties, why kesari is appointing him as a tour leader for such tours?
                    2), Return booking was not available for everyone ...and this information was kept hidden ..what is official reply from Kesari on this issue ?
                    3) If the travellers had not fought for return booking...what was Kesari's emergency plan ? ..no one knows...kesari had left their customers, travellers on their own fate ..probably to stay in the holy cave permanently!
                    4)team leader should see the team remains unified, and his behaviour should be unbiased ..but in this tour it was Not so.
                    5) when customers are paying a substantial amount, there should be a transperency in all dealings ..now there are many better other options available.
                    We had attended many tours by Veena and Kesari and because of this mismanagement, and utterly NO
                    co ordination between the base office and the tour manager... this tour was very troublesome, painful

                      I had applied for tourist visa of Australia for myself and my wife on 9th April 2022 through Kesari tours, however till date I have not received any communication from Kesari tours in this regard. I had already paid visa charges and other charges to Kesari tours.

                          Very pathetic service... Hotel rooms are not as promised... Half of the locations n site seeing are cancelled... They are planning the site seeing when they are closed.. I don't know who is that ### planning all this.. N also there is partiality between clients...

                            We had enrolled for Dubai Tour which commenced on 3rd Jan, 2022. As per the travel guidelines for international flights, we had taken an RT PCR test on 1st Jan, 2022 which turned out to be negative. On arriving at Mumbai airport, we took a RT PCR test on 2nd Jan, 2022 at around 7 pm which turned out to be negative as well. We boarded our flight to Sharjah and we took a RT PCR test on 3rd Jan, 2022 at the Sharjah airport at 5am. We received our test reports on 4th Jan, 2022. My mother’s report was positive and my report was negative. A senior couple traveling with us also faced a similar issue. Mr Manik Kendre’s report was negative but his wife’s report was positive.
                            Our tour leader, Mr Bipin Sawant suggested that we take a RT PCR test from the local testing lab in Dubai. Since we shared the same room, the Hotel told us to take a RT PCR test again. We cooperated and immediately agreed to get our RT PCR tests done. We took a RT PCR test again on 4th Jan, 2022 at 3.30 pm and each paid 164 AED for our RT PCR tests. Mr Manik Kendre and his wife were also told to take a RT PCR test again. We were quarantined in our rooms for the rest of 4th Jan, 2022.
                            I had given my email ID and mobile number to Freiburg Medical Laboratory, UAE for the receipt of payment and the test reports.
                            We didn’t receive a receipt for the payment we had done to Freiburg Medical Laboratory, UAE either on WhatsApp or email ID. Our tour manager forwarded us our reports on 5th Jan, 2022 in the morning via WhatsApp and we were both tested negative. Mr Manik Kendre and his wife were both tested negative as well. We carried on to the rest of our trip since we were all tested negative.
                            Our tour leader, Mr Bipin Sawant hadn’t informed Fortune Atrium Hotel and its management that we had all been tested negative on 4th Jan 2022.
                            The house keeping staff didn’t come to our room and didn’t clean any of the trash collected for 4 days. We kept calling them to clean our room and sort the bed comforters but no one came to attend us.
                            We didn’t know that our tour leader, Mr Bipin Sawant had not informed Fortune Atrium Hotel’s management that we had all been tested negative and didn’t show them our 4th Jan, 2022 RT PCR reports. As our tour leader, Mr Bipin Sawant was extremely irresponsible of our tour management. Mr Bipin Sawant said it was not the hotel’s lookout that we got ourselves tested again and came negative.
                            Mr Bipin Sawant had not informed us about any extra charges for sanitization charged by the hotel on 4th Jan, 2022 till the end of our trip which was on 8th Jan, 2022.

                            When we were checking out of the hotel on 8th Jan, 2022, we were then informed of the extra charges for sanitization charged by the Hotel which was 300 AED per room.
                            They said they weren’t going to let us checkout of the Hotel till we didn’t pay those extra charges for sanitization.
                            When I told the Hotel management that our 4th Jan, 2022 RT PCR reports were negative which were taken within 24 hours, they said that our tour leader, Mr Bipin Sawant hadn’t informed them about it.
                            During our checkout on 8th Jan, 2022, Mr Bipin Sawant told us that it was Dubai Government policy to quarantine any positive tested passengers which the Dubai Government took care of. Mr Bipin Sawant showed us a file of Hotel rooms sanitized where some of the other tour passengers had been quarantined / self-isolated at the Hotel for 7 days. When I inquired with Mr Bipin, if any of them had taken a RT PCR test the next day or within 24 hours, his reply was NO. These extra charges didn’t apply to us as we were all tested negative within 24 hours of our stay at the Hotel.
                            Mr Bipin Sawant intentionally kept us out of the loop and didn’t mention to us the Dubai Government protocol.
                            Mr Bipin Sawant told us that my mother’s RT PCR report was still positive with the Government and that we had to pay 300 AED as extra charges for sanitization if we wanted to checkout from the Hotel.
                            I enquired with Fortune Atrium Hotel management on 8th Jan, 2022 during our checkout that if our negative reports of RT PCR test done on 4th Jan, 2022 were valid and updated to their Government website. To which they replied that it gets updated automatically. Our negative reports were updated automatically to the UAE Government on 4th Jan, 2022. He lied to us that our negative report of RT PCR test does not get updated to the Government website.
                            We were threatened that the cops would be called on us and we would have to pay 300 AED by any means or we would be jailed. We were strangled on foreign soil. We were blackmailed into paying the extra charges that didn’t apply to us.
                            Mr Bipin Sawant threatened us and said “I’ll see how you get back to India.” Mr Bipin Sawant said that it was not his job to look into these matters and we should talk to our booking agents at Kesari Tours. He shrug off his responsibility and disappeared into his room after his RT PCR test came positive on 8th Jan, 2022.
                            We had no symptoms of COVID whatsoever whereas our tour leader was sneezing and coughing during the tour.
                            Mr Bipin Sawant didn’t cooperate and didn’t help us with filing out our Air Suvidha forms. He gave everyone in the tour group compressed pdfs of their passport images whereas he didn’t provide us with it. Out of spite, he intentionally stopped paying any heed to us.

                            Mr Bipin Sawant stopped receiving calls done by Mr Manik Kendre when he required assistance regarding filling out Air Suvidha form.
                            On 7th Jan, 2022, Mr Bipin Sawant didn’t mention that we had to take RT PCR test at Mumbai airport. He said that the RT PCR test done at Dubai on 7th Jan, 2022 was the last test required on the tour. During our arrival at Mumbai airport on 9th Jan, 2022, we had to take RT PCR test again at 8 am and our reports were negative which came by the evening. Mr Bipin Sawant didn’t tell the entire group about the RT PCR testing to be done at the airport and the charges levied for the testing.
                            We had a terrible experience with Kesar Tours and especially with Mr Bipin Sawant.
                            It was the tour leader, Mr Bipin Sawant’s responsibility to inform the Hotel about our negative RT PCR reports, to explain us the complete COVID-19 protocol and Government policy in Dubai before or during the start of the tour.
                            We were tourists in Dubai and we were not informed prior of any of these policies and guidelines during booking the tour or during the tour until our checkout from the Hotel.
                            We solely booked your tour on our previous experience with South East Asia tour done via you. But this experience was extremely horrible. We will never suggest Kesari tours to anyone we may know. For the amount of money we have paid for our Dubai trip, it was a pathetic experience.
                            We need compensation for the financial trouble, harassment, mental agony, badgering and embarrassment we have faced due to Mr Bipin Sawant’s irresponsible, uncooperative, obstructive, misinformed, unprofessional and crude behavior and mannerisms. This has left us with a gruesome and atrocious tour experience because of Mr Bipin Sawant. Kesari Tours has defrauded us.
                            My mother aged 60 and Mr Manik Kendre and his wife all aged above 60 as senior citizens had a tremendously horrendous and troublesome experience. This has by far been the worst tour experience we have faced.
                            We hope you take cognizance of this behavior of Mr Bipin Sawant and fire this person immediately from your office so as to not tarnish your reputation further and loose any more clients ahead.

                              We didn’t know that our tour leader, Mr Bipin Sawant had not informed Fortune Atrium Hotel’s management that we had all been tested negative and didn’t show them our 4th Jan, 2022 RT PCR reports. As our tour leader, Mr Bipin Sawant was extremely irresponsible of our tour management. Mr Bipin Sawant said it was not the hotel’s lookout that we got ourself tested again and came negative.
                              Mr Bipin Sawant had not informed us about any extra charges for sanitization charged by the hotel on 4th Jan, 2022 till the end of our trip which was on 8th Jan, 2022.
                              When we were checking out of the hotel on 8th Jan, 2022, we were then informed of the extra charges for sanitization charged by the Hotel which were 300 AED.
                              They said they weren’t going to let us checkout out of the Hotel till we didn’t pay those extra charges for sanitization.
                              When I told the Hotel management that our 4th Jan, 2022 RT PCR reports were negative which were taken within 24 hours, they said that our tour leader, Mr Bipin Sawant hadn’t informed them about it.

                              During our checkout on 8th Jan, 2022, Mr Bipin Sawant told us that it was Dubai Government policy to quarantine any positive tested passengers which the Dubai Government took care of. Mr Bipin Sawant showed us a file of Hotel rooms sanitized where some of the other tour passengers had been quarantined / self-isolated at the Hotel for 7 days. When I inquired with Mr Bipin, if any of them had taken a RT PCR test the next day or within 24 hours, his reply was NO. These extra charges didn’t apply to us as we were all tested negative within 24 hours of our stay at the Hotel.
                              Mr Bipin Sawant intentionally kept us out of the loop and didn’t mention to us the Dubai Government protocol.
                              Mr Bipin Sawant told us that my mother’s RT PCR report was still positive with the Government and that we had to pay 300 AED as extra charges for sanitization if we wanted to checkout from the Hotel.
                              I enquired with Fortune Atrium Hotel management on 8th Jan, 2022 during our checkout that if our negative reports of RT PCR test done on 4th Jan, 2022 were valid and updated to their Government website. To which they replied that it gets updated automatically. Our negative reports were updated automatically to the UAE Government on 4th Jan, 2022. He lied to us that our negative report of RT PCR test does not get updated to the Government website.
                              We were threatened that the cops would be called on us and we would have to pay 300 AED by any means or we would be jailed. We were strangled on foreign soil. We were blackmailed into paying the extra charges that didn’t apply to us.
                              Mr Bipin Sawant threatened us and said “I’ll see how you get back to India.” Mr Bipin Sawant said that it was not his job to look into these matters and we should talk to our booking agents at Kesari. He shrug off his responsibility and disappeared into his room after his RT PCR test came positive on 8th Jan, 2022.
                              We had no symptoms of COVID whatsoever whereas our tour leader was sneezing and coughing during the tour.
                              Mr Bipin Sawant didn’t cooperate and didn’t help us with filing out our Air Suvidha forms. He gave everyone in the tour group compressed pdfs of their passport images whereas he didn’t provide us with it. Out of spite, he intentionally stopped paying any heed to us.
                              Mr Bipin Sawant stopped receiving calls done by Mr Manik Kendre when he required assistance regarding filling out Air Suvidha form.
                              On 7th Jan, 2022, Mr Bipin Sawant didn’t mention that we had to take RT PCR test at Mumbai airport. He said that the RT PCR test done at Dubai on 7th Jan, 2022 was the last test required on the tour. During our arrival at Mumbai airport on 9th Jan, 2022, we had to take RT PCR test again at 8 am and our reports were negative which came by the evening. Mr Bipin Sawant didn’t tell the entire group about the RT PCR testing to be done at the airport and the charges levied for the testing.

                              We had a terrible experience with Kesar Tours and especially with Mr Bipin Sawant.
                              It was the tour leader, Mr Bipin Sawant’s responsibility to inform the Hotel about our negative RT PCR reports, to explain us the complete COVID-19 protocol and Government policy in Dubai before or during the start of the tour.
                              We were tourists in Dubai and we were not informed prior of any of these policies and guidelines during booking the tour or during the tour until our checkout from the Hotel.
                              We solely booked your tour on our previous experience with South East Asia tour done via you. But this experience was extremely horrible. We will never suggest Kesari tours to anyone we may know of. For the amount of money we have paid for our Dubai trip, it was a pathetic experience.
                              We need a compensation for the financial trouble, harassment, mental agony, badgering and embarrassment we have faced due to Mr Bipin Sawant’s irresponsible, uncooperative, obstructive, misinformed, unprofessional and crude behavior and mannerisms. Kesari Tours has defrauded us.

                                I have booked a tour for my parents in dec 19 for travel in april 2020. Full amount paid was 528000. Kesari are thieves, looting ppl money and not refunding

                                  Inspite of repeated requests through email I have not received any refund for the cancelled tour to Israel scheduled in May 2020. I am not agreeable to options given by you. I need my full money back with interest as you had held the entire amount of 3.36 lakhs for 2 guests paid by me in Dec 2019 itself.

                                    1. You are almost deducting 50 percent of amount paid. So plz forward calculation sheet of arriving at this amount??

                                    2. I have already been harassed beyond limits by your company. All mails / communication with your company have been collated to further progress appropriate action against your company. The amount quoted is absolutely not acceptable to me.

                                    53. As per your previous mails, your company had agreed to deduct only 25% of amount paid. Accordingly, the refund amount works out to be close to Rs 4.93 lakhs. Now this figure of Rs 3.87 is absolutely beyond my understanding. I am also submitting that legal course would take time, but with this kind of attitude by your company, I am ready for that course as well.

                                    4. My last and final offer would be as follows :-

                                    (a) Kindly correct the number of pax as 04 instead of 05.

                                    (b) Refund of Rs 4.93 lakhs

                                    5.In case your company is in variance, then kindly communicate at the earliest to enable me to appraoch right authorities accordingly.

                                      I have been taking follow up for my complaint since long, but I am surprised that till date my complaint is not yet resolved. Kesari is refunding only 50% amount to me which is not at all acceptable to me. Kesari is using my money more than 2 years. I want justice urgently. Refund of my full money with interest (bank rate).

                                        I had booked for 2 persons Israel tour from Bangalore scheduled in May 2020. I had paid the entire amount of Rs. 1.68, 000 each in DEc 2019 itself. Since the tour cannot be conducted in the near future we have demanded for refund from Kesari. However no refund is forthcoming from the company. Since our VISA was also not processed we demand the amount be refunded in full with interest. The company has not responded at all for our request.
