    I booked a ticket from Hyd to Nellore in VL134-VOLVO-B9R (MULTI AXLE-SEMIS) and they have charged extra 500 for luggage (15 L Water Heater )which is of wait less than 15 kg .

    The response from driver is very bad and they put my luggage out until I was told I will give 500 Rs.

    I will never book a ticket in Kesineni Travels again and I will make sure my friends will also not book this because of bad attitude from the driver (a Muslim guy) and the TC.

      Dear Concern,
      We made a booking with KESINENI TRAVELS (2 tickets) from Mangalore to Hyderabad worth INR 3808.80 (Merchant Order no. B2C8E7) on 14.01.2016. The online booking failed due to whatsoever reason, however the amount has been debited from our account! Upon calling Kesineni customer care at first we were asked to make another booking and that the amount would be refunded within 5-7 working days. After 10 days when the amount was not credited to our account, we called the customer care and they said the credit request was under process and it would take 2 more days. Since then it's been a month and each time we call the customer care they say it's under process and hang up the phone! Sometimes they even listen to our query and just hang up without responding!!

      We are tired of continuous follow up and feeling cheated.

      Kindly please someone look into the matter and help us get our money back.

        Unfortunately we did not received any information regarding bus details like bus numbsr and driver number from Respective travels.

        We suffered verymuch to catch the bus.

          After Boarding the Bus, I was thirsty and enquired the driver for water. He told furiously told me we will not supply drinking water. I requested him please stop the Bus so that I will purchase the water outside. But recklessly he reluctant to stop the Bus. I suffered hell in the Bus due to thirsty.

          This act on your part not only amounts to deficiency in service for which I suffered thirsty all the night. This is a crime also on the passengers. I am entitled to get compensation and also I wish prosecute criminal case against the management.

              Kesineni travels is the worst travelling service i every came across. It is a pathetic travels. They neither care about your customers needs.

              On saturday, november 7, 2015. I booked a ticket from pune to hyderabad in kesineni travels. On the day of travel in the afternoon they inform that your bus is cancelled. We will refund your amount, book your ticket in another travels. What non sense is this. It was their fault and they are least bothered to provide an alternative arrangement of my travel.

              And the next part about refund, its almost two weeks and i still did not get my money back. I call up the help line number [protected] there is no response on that number. I called almost 50 times still ther is no responce. When there is no reply then y the hell do this travels keep a help line desk. I still did not receive my otp number, which travels people informed i will get that otp number, when they cancelled my ticket. I still did not receive the msg.

              These people are making fraud to the customer by not retuning the amount. I will lodge a cheating complaint on kesineni travels... For not refunding my money.

              Never and ever i am going to book a ticket again in kesineni travels.

                Had booked ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad in Sleeper, I was forced to take a semi sleeper stating that Sleeper bus is parked in the different place. Later came to know that the bus was not parked it had already crossed International Airport. Had to please the semi sleeper bus to drop there and as soon I got in to the bus, driver and cleaner was laughing . This is how customers are treated in Kesineni travels.

                    I booked a ticket from hydearabd to vizag at a cost of 910 in kesineni travel using redbus.in through a.t.m card.my money was cut off but i din't get any ticket.i tried calling redbus call center and get vexed with the response, people why don't you maintain an amiable relation with customers.i din't get any reply and my money was cut in my account.please help me out.

                      I have booked tickets from hyderabad to bangalore at 10pm on 13th March 2015 with PNR: F66ETD in kesineni travels. Suddenly they cancelled the bus and informed via bus, once I called back didnt get any responce. So i have booked another tickets with Operator PNR # 6D1817 due to my emergency. After i called to Kesineni Helpdesk, reported the issue and they told like they wont return money and will give tickets whenever i requested tickets, now they are not responding i called 10 times per a day to them. Plese help how can escalate this issue

                        They did not call me when the bus starts from pune(wakad). All the other services will get a phone call when the bus starts, these the guys had not call to me. How ever i call to the customer care and ask the bus driver contact details and ask him the bus status.he simply said the bus is already crossed the pune city. see how careless it is? and immediately i tried to cancel the ticket from paytm, but no use. its not allow to cancel the ticket.                           Dear Customer care, The below mentioned service AbhiBus Booking ID 468D84Operator PNR # 468D84 was cancelled and it was not intimated or sms to me. I got a call to my mobile no. at 3.39 pm from [protected] which I could not able to attend the call and sent message saying I m in meeting. Post the meeting was over I called up the same no. which is busy and no response. I gone to Lakdikapool office to catch the bus at 9 PM I was surprised that the said service was cancelled you need to make arrangements on your own. How come people will give this kind of an answer to the customers??? If I get the message at the same time through SMS I could have arranged the alternative. After I have struggled so much and stayed on that day and next day I was travelled because of your customer service person not intimated over phone or SMS. Till date my ticket cancellation amount was not refunded to me and there is no response to the customer care no.[protected] I have called up Abhibus.com which I have booked the ticket through them and they have given one complaint no. 279983. Hence request you to check and reverse the refundable amount to my account immediately.

                            Hello Team, We have lost a Green color bag which has valuable clothes, Gold ear-rings and we are totally unhappy with the person who takes of loading /unloading luggages where least atleast attention is paid and why is why today I am in a situation of total disappointment . Please do follow up and take severe action on the person who were responsible during the journey . Awaiting response along with bag with in a day.                               We traveled from hyd to COIMBATORE on aprilApril 1st and they to took 24 hrs to reach coimbatoor. As the road tax was going, bus people did not maintain valid papers with them. TheThe bus was stopped around 4 hrs at the RTO check post and kesinenikesineni people did not arrange oany other bbusbbus...it was a worest worest service by kesineni...

                                Hi, I travelled to Bangalore from Hyderabad on 18th March in sleeper VL308. The Bus broke down @2:30AM, though the driver and cleaner went ahead and repaired it was 4AM in the morning when it was ready. Same time a(4AM) Kesineni Volvo stopped by and few o[censored]s got into it. But the delay of 1.5 hrs was too costly for me as I was delayed for an important meeting. Being a reputed tour operator I expect Kesineni to maintain good fleet of buses in their regular routes. Praveen

                                    Actually we had booked the tickets from hyderabad to coimbatore with departure time 4.20 p.m. But we got a call yesterday morning that the bus had been cancelled and our tickets had been automatically booked( with no permission) with 6.20 p.m bus.this is the first NO VALUE FOR TIME. Secondly the bus started from here got repaired and got late by 2 hours. But then now the bus sent as spare, has no interstate entry and to reduce the travel agency's cost, they have changed the route from HYD-BANGALORE-COIMBATORE to HYDERABAD-VELLORE-COIMBATORE which is longer route than usual. SO THE PASSENGER's time and money has been exploited by them. Now because of the longer duration of travel not only the passenger's time is gone but instead of reaching for breakfast in their place ie., 7a.m in the morning at coumbatore, they will be reaching coimbatore only at evening 5 p.m because of which they need to spend extra money on breakfast and lunch.the time(2 hours) due to repair can be tolerated but time gap is nearly 10 HOURS. Thirdly the spare bus got its battery down and so cell phones cannot be charged and also dvd players cannot be played. These shows only atrocity of the travel agency and we need fair justice and refund for the value of time wasted and money extra spended because of their carelessness. SO NO COMFORT NO VALUE FOR PEOPLE TIME AND MONEY.

                                      I booked a ticket (seat number 47) for ladies on Kesineni Bus service VL 196 Hyd to Bangalore. On boarding the bus I realised that some guy has booked the seat next to hers (seat # 46) by providing the prefix of the name as MRS. . On asking the staff that how is this possible they said that in the last row of the bus one can book the ticket using incorrect prefix too.

                                        Hi, I am very sorry to inform you that this is the second time i got same issue with kesineni, On jan 5th 2015 i tried to book a ticket from mumbai to vijayawada transaction got failed but amount deducted from my account. After two days i again tried for the same ticket again the same thing repeated transaction got failed but amount deducted from my account. So i tried calling the customer care help line and what there informed me is it will take a week to revert back to my account. Now its has been a month still the amount is not reverted back to my account. I am a regualar customer to kesineni if this is the service you are giving to your regular customer what will the case with a new customer. I dont think i can refer kesineni to any body.
