[Resolved] KFC — Amount was deducted but order not placed. No update regarding refund.

On 09.06.2021 I have placed an order through KFC app. The amount of Rs 633 was deducted from my card. But the order was not confirmed. Since then, I have called the customer care number 5 times. Every time they are telling me that you will receive a call in 15 to 20 mins to know your refund status. Till now I did not get any such call from them. It's very disappointing being a regular customer of KFC .
