KFC — cancelled kfc order refund not received

Hi, i have placed an order on august 1, 2018 at 12:32 pm with the money amounting to rs.399. However i was contacted by your employee informing me that my order delivery from parkstreet, kolkata, would be delayed by 2 hours. So i cancelled my order and asked for a refund. And i was assured that i would be receiving the refund within the next 72 hours and i haven't received the money yet. Can you please look into the matter and resolve it?

I have visited your Kolkata Park Street shop on 24/6/2018 I was surprised after seeing credit card and gift card accoun. Against my payment amount of Rs.1, 086.16 my gift card and credit card debited thrice. Please take necessary steps to reverse immediately.

My money got debited from my account got paid to them but my order didn't got placed need my refund as soon as possible.

There Website and Application both are pathetic.
Too slow to run, hangs always while making payment.
