[Resolved]  KFC — Due to error on website order was placed twice but cancelled one order but refund not made.

I tried ordering from KFC online on 20/11/2020 but the website caused and error where my money was deducted but order was not made so i again tried to place an order of the same amount but this time the order was placed along with the earlier order. So basically two same orders were placed i called the KFC from where the delivery was to be made and cancelled one order and they told me that i will get back my refund but the thing is its been 1 week and my money has not been refunded yet. I want my money to be refunded .
