[Resolved]  KFC — Imposition of service tax on take away

I would like to inform you that i have bought(take away) Pop Corn Chicken and Chicken Burger in KFC at EXPRESS AVENUE, Chennai-14 at 12.23 pm on 06.05.2014.

They have imposed service tax on my take away order, i would like know that, is there such rule that they have right impose service tax on take away order? Kindly do the needful and guide us in this regard.(Bill copy attached)
