KFC — Incomplete order received

I ordered 10 pieces of Hot and Crispy chicken from KFC's Wednesdays' offer yesterday(08/11/2023) through KFC app. But i only received 8 pieces instead of 10. two pieces was missing from it. I tried registering complaint by contacting it's customer care but they did not solve the issue. I tried to contact the branch directly but they are not picking up the call. I would like to receive a refund for the above issue or a compensation or any other remedy deemed to be fit.
