I have been constantly asking for a refund on a wrong order I placed on 23 September, the employees at call centre told me refund would be done with 3 days then they said it would take 1 week now it's almost about to be a month. The manager of the shop doesn't seem to be cooperative either. I have sent him all possible screenshots proving the transaction and he is still asking for some transaction Id which I cannot find as I had paid online through credit card. I suppose the receipt and transaction sms should be enough for a refund.
