KFC India — Account debited twice but no order placed.

I paced an order of Rs. 434 on 2nd Oct at 7:41 Pm through UPI, Transaction ID is[protected], the order wasn't placed. So I tried placing again through retail net banking[protected] for same amount at 7:53 PM, similar issue was faced as account got debited for Rs. 434 but no order was placed. I haven't received any refund either for both.
