KFC India — Amount debited but order not placed, my banker told transaction is successful, check with merchant

I order from KFC, on 2nd October 2021. My account got debited of Rs. 792.01 and order was not confirmed. Again I made another transaction of same amount than I could place the order. But I got debited twice. I approached my bank, they said amount has been credited to the merchant YUM Restaurant india pvt.ltd with PRN WUTI[protected] and is successful.
