KFC India — amount debited, order not placed

Good evening
I placed an order on kfc application from my registered number [protected] at kfc store
I paid via upi mode here payment debited but order not placed.
Attaching screenshot for your reference.
Please look into it and make the refund as soon as possible.
Payment debited from account but order was not placed.
Please help me to resolve the issue and help me to get refund
